Is a clutch up essentially rev matching without shifting? Would the amount of throttle you give it be comparable to a downshift rev match ?
@@TheCvac the amount of throttle you have to give all depends on the power to weight, gearing of the bike, and how good you are at catching it with the rear brake. There's no definitive amount of throttle you can prescribe someone as every bike is different along with everyone's skill level. Best advice is start small and work your way up till the front end starts coming up closer to balance point.

Not trying to be a dick but "chasing" is how us normal people do wheelies, because you can just let off the throttle to drop it back down.
@@Mciahel Until you pop it with too much gas from the get go and cant catch it with the brake to save yourself. If hes not a wheelie guy then he shouldnt have a vid trying to teach them. if you cant control a wheelie yet then wait until u can to comment of whats better or safer. Not trying to be a dick either. just trying to educate. and of course it takes more skill to ride balance point. that also why its safer. your in control instead of just hanging on while the bike gains massive amounts of acceleration.

no you only blip the throttle afterwards and same with the back break you need to tap the back break to bring you back down and to not over wheelie
Yes once you have got the front end up, do the sequence again but give it more throttle should be at balance point at that point!
Until you can control a wheelie at balance point you should not be teaching anyone. Your going to get people hurt. Please stop. Clout and views is not worth people's lives. That said, I'm glad your doing clutchups instead of pow pows.
to be fair he seems like he has it down , he jus said “i’m not a wheelie guy” what i got from that is that it’s not his favorite thing to do while on the road.
@@flybyenic doing uncontrolled chase outs is not "having it down". And teaching tons of viewers that that is how to wheelie is not safe or smart. It's clout grabbing without thinking of the possible consequences. He doesnt even mention the biggest part of keeping a wheelie from looping. Rear brakes are as important as the throttle and clutch. Its your safety net while riding a wheelie. I get that to someone who doesnt stunt it may look legit, but coming from that community. I cannot just let this shit be out there without at least commenting a warning. I hope dude is a decent guy and sees these. Maybe he'll think about these types of vids a lil more
@@TrainnWheelz i totally agree shouldnt come out of the lot till you know bp and how to use that brake cause once somebody starts doing chaser wheelies and thinks they "got it down" they give it a lil to much gas and their foot most likely come off that peg and not cover the brake resulting in a loop
