@@Robert-cb5ej Thats not how it came down, see Mark Farner interviews. Don and Mel ripped him off , Mark is touring but signed over the name because he thought they were friends. So he cant call himself GFR or get sued. Mark says he would get back together , they wont.

I'm all about the music not the brand. I don't care what the band is called. But having said that, this simply does not capture the magic of how the three talents came together and became more than the sum of their parts. The funky taped up sound hole guitar tone in particular no one could reproduce today, not even Farner I think.
