When I disconnect just the - (Neutral) I don't need to do radio code, right? I want to change my steering-wheel but I don't have the radio code.

Hey there! Unfortunately not. Disconnecting the black (negative) terminal on the battery will disarm the airbag system so you can work on any airbag component safely.

The black connection on the battery is the negative not the neutral...the car will to be decharged also as the electrical system may still be charged ..done by turning on the lights or pressing the brake etc..

Yes, my apologies. I do quite a lot of electrical work (household) and always say neutral and negative the wrong way around!! Hopefully it's clear enough that it means the black cable!! The method of diconnecting only the black from the battery is the exact Audi workshop way. If you don't like their way, you can disconnect both. Whatever works :-)
