There needs to be a better explanation of the 5 day and 7 day pass versus the charm flex. There is nowhere on the website that explains the difference.
i guess ignoring reduced fare patrons is just oops we forgot. most directions are convoluted and force you to call for help. when you do they don't seem to know enough to help at all.

How does a senior citizen use this method? I've downloaded the app and submitted an application twice.
Is the 31 day pass for MARC on the CharmPass round trip or one way? I just wish there was more of a description for each choice. I just don't want to make the mistake of buying a 31 day pass and have it only be a one way 31 day pass.
Round trip. Any pass is good till the expire date.

31 day pass is unlimited riding within that 31 day period. The same goes for the 5 day pass and 7 day pass.
Can I just buy a ticket on the website?
How does this work with the Metro SubwayLink? Do you scan the code or show it to an operator?

My driver didn’t accept my ticket when I used an express ride ticket. My ticket at a Peter X and she said it has to have a letter F >:(

The app sucks for seniors its no option to purchase senior tickets‼️A senior has to go to Saratoga street station for a monthly pass! It’s ridiculous‼️
