I'm actually so excited for him to be playing for a club that actually appreciates him
yes. I think he gonna be fine. if lukaku, morata, smalling can make it there. ofc pulisic can too. if it doesn't work I hope he have a good agent to secure some of the Saudi riches. footballer only have a few good year to secure the bag. he just need to know his place and accept that he will not be elite like mbappe and Haaland. and follow the money
As an Italian American and Milan fan I am so proud and pump to see him shine!!!!
@@danielballarin9084 me too. and we all know that if he flop he can go back to mls to play with messi. hope he won't go to Saudi cos they are building something special. the media circus that came with captain murica will be bad esp when they are mad at the Saudis after they humiliate biden publicly. who can forget that infamous fist bump lol
So apparently Pulisic is gonna be playing as a true 10 in this AC Milan system, which should be interesting. I only ever seen him gradually play in the middle during games but always moving back to a wing spot. So seeing start and finish a game in the middle should be interesting, gg and good luck Pulisic.
Leao likes drift central sometimes if he’s being double teamed so pulisic will likely cover the position when that happens
Makes sense since real recalled Brahim Diaz after 3 years on loan. He operates as a winger for the US as well as a CAM. Should be interesting to see how it goes for him.
does Milan play double pivot?
@@jlb74a yes
I think he is gonna play wide on the right and cut inside
I am very happy to have Pulisic in our team.
I am very happy he left. Nice guy but not on that level
@@hrdyromak3263 I think he is gonna prove otherwise at Milan
@@hrdyromak3263most attackers at Chelsea weren’t then, they haven’t had a consistent attacking player since Hazard. Most creative, dynamic attackers regress at Chelsea, Pulisic got more stick than most unfortunately because of where he’s from…
He signed my jersey in Tokyo, Japan in 2019! I won't forget the goals and big contribution he made during the Champions league winning run! Unfortunately his constant injuries and sometimes ineffectiveness really hurt him and stopped him from being a consistent player. Thanks for everything at Chelsea and all the best Christian!
He wasn't inconsistent or ineffective she wasn't managed properly just like havertz and mount where management continues to rotate them them and deprive them of consistency together and individually. It's hard to play hurt and if he were a clown like Neymar and dove all the time yet he might not get hurt but he wouldn't be as good as he is or have any honor. I love the Chelsea fans and how classy they are just like this post coming from America I appreciate that a great deal thank you even though I have nothing to do with pulisic it's great to see how you are still being supportive!
He honestly was only consistently ineffective when he was played out of position. Sure he had some ineffective games in his preferred position, but when he had a consistent run of games in his preferred position he always came through…until he would get injured lol
@@LJ_S1KWhat's his preferred position? I think its left wing. If that's the case he's not gonna play ahead Rafael leao once again
@@anilkc4936I heard that he’s gonna slot in the middle as a 10 to replace Bennacer
Imagined that when the coach told him that he would start the next match, and when the time came, the coach said, 'Nope, you are not going to start
I really enjoyed the way Mr. Hunter asked the questions; great interview!
Will be a good fit for Milan and CP. He’s at a club that genuinely wants him and a fan base that will support him. Don’t ever look in the rear view mirror despite everything not going to plan at Chelsea. The reality is CP has upgraded clubs. Stay healthy Christian!
Good lad! I think he will pivotal in winning the league and CL
It may have not ended well, but I don’t think his time at Chelsea was unsuccessful. He scored some important goals and was a crucial player in Chelsea winning the biggest trophy you can possibly win. He might not be a star on a big European team, but he’s proven he’s a good enough to positively impact a game. Hopefully he starts playing more consistently and stays healthy with this fresh start.
Exactly. He really is Captain America. Only American to ever play in a champions league final and he played a crucial part in winning it.
I think he just wants to start over, all he wanted was a fair shot to play
If he can stay healthy, he’ll score 10-15 goals per season wherever he goes. Ppl underestimate him as he is GREATLY improved from his first years at Dortmund, and even since he joined the Premier League.
I love Christian Pulisic so much. I enjoyed all the matches that he played and am looking forward to watching him play in his Milan shirt. He made my days better, even he got to play for a few minutes in some games. As a big fan, I’m always here to support him in good and bad times, and wherever he plays soccer. You’ve made the right decision to join Milan Christian. Now just keep working hard for your bright future, try to get back to your best. Success is yours Christian! Forget about bad experiences with Chelsea and negative comments by their fans. Love you always!😊😊

Hey Pulisic, it was fun having you, and thanks for your efforts + contributions with Chelsea.
Best wishes with your next chapter.
Now this is how are true supporter of a club behaves and humbly moves along. He wasn’t great consistently although he had moments. Everyone gets so offended when someone leaves their club, even if they don’t rate or want the player. Good on you mate @syedhasan4572
ESPN taking interview of AC Milan player, I'm so proud that AC Milan can expand his brand more and more
He's a good kid and super talented, hopefully the fans here are nothing like Chelsea "fans" and he will be allowed to have ups and downs and still be supported. The fans really ruined Chelsea this past year and made people like him and Mason want nothing to do with the club, always show these players love and support people, they feel it.
The supporters here are angry and we have our pride. We want our Tonali, not an American who can’t score more than one goal for his former club. Pulisic should go to MLS or Fulham. He’s not right for Milan. That money should have been used for Davide Fratessi.

That is the only reason why they’ve brought him here.

@@davinalopez-oz1ez Fact 👽
Feels like Christian Pulisic's PR team wrote the interview questions, and then he used chatgpt to answer them. That aside, I hope that his career can progress at the club level. Serie A is not what it used to be but maybe he can be a catalyst for making the league competitive again. There have been moments of brilliance from this guy. Hope that he can inspire some younger soccer players through production and not branding.
Why does it take longer for the interviewer to ASK the question, than for Christian to answer it?
Because he’s shy I think
Totally agree! And why no questions about the actual game?
All the best to Christian at Milan!
1st, this bouta be a juicy interview
Pullistic is gonna be captain in AC millan period cause he's the best in the game
It’ll take him time to find his perfect spot and gameplay at ac Milan, Italian football is very different from what he is used to. But once he figures things out I think he’ll do wonders! Forza Milan!
Italian football is easy for anyone coming from the Prem. He’ll be just fine.

Henry (probably the best PL player ever) was invisible in Juve, as well as Pogba last season. Bruno Fernandes (Man Utd. captain) was just a regular player in Udinese and Sampdoria. All-mighty Salah was decent at Roma but Rudiger was so sloppy. Marcos Alonso was nothing special in Fiorentina, as well as Abraham in Roma now. Joe Hart was comical in Torino just like Smalling before Mourinho’s arrival at Rome. Lukaku scored less goals in Inter last season (14) than in Chelsea season before that (15). Not Pulisic
@@ConanTheContrarian1 he did miss 59 games over 3 seasons due to injury, I know there are cup competitions but just think that there's 38 games in a premier league season so by that logic he basically missed half the available league games or atleast almost one whole season of games available for all competitions overall, the only thing pulisic should blame for his Chelsea time not planning out as he imagined is literally his own body!
I hope he finds a home in Milan. It's time American players raise their reputation around the world
🎉🎉🎉
Hey, he's part paesano! Sicilian, too... I like this guy more every year.
I'm happy for Pulisic and I wish him the best. I know he's injury prone. The Italian league has always been known for being very physical... I don't know if they still do but in the early 90s my Grandpa once told me they always wet the field 2 hours before every game 😮 MY GRAMPS WITH BIG SMILE ON HIS FACE. -The ball moves faster, better tackles and a wet field... 😅
👍👍👍
Aside from what happens on the field, this was a great choice from Milan commercially. It'll help to put milan on the map in the US.

Milan should have given him the number 10 and kept Leão at the number 17, though the smartest decision would have been if they gave Leão the number 7 in the 2022-23 season after they sold Samu Castillejo instead of giving it to Yacine Adli. I hope they will fix the whole number thing in the 2024-25 season.

"The first US born player to start for AC Milan", isn't it too specific? The fact is that two US players have already played for the club. One of them didn't start any matches. The other did, but he was not born in the USA. So, ESPN did what ESPN does the best and came up with very specific conditions do make Pulisic "the first" of something.
Exactly so he’ll be the first actual American born in the USA to start 😂😂

i just wish Pulisic would have left Chelsea sooner. it was pretty clear early on that there is a pro-English/European and anti-American bias there.
No there isnt. Dont be stupid. He was great during covid but then got injured and could find his form again. It was just unfortunate for both sides.

He’s too young to know Milan in those days. I remember seeing inzaghi for the first time on fifa 1998 and got to know world players with a set of old World Cup VHS tapes. Pretty sure he was born 1999
But he has seen the 2003-2007 AC Milan probably. They were amazing

why are many of the comments repeated??? is ESPN juicing the algorithm?
Man, strange interviewer! Wasn't even sure if Pulisic was being interviewed or just there to justify Graham Hunter's literary aspirations with this monologue. I would like to hear more about skills and tactics rather than faith and lore poetically spun. No oxygen left for Pulisic.
Perfect fit, he’s a great player
He's Patrick Cutrone disguise as Pulisic.....
He’s going to play for 1 or 2 seasons and thrive, then he will sign for a big club is the premier league or Spain. Because almost every Chelsea player is better playing for other clubs

2. Ac milan
3. Bayern/liverpool

awful interviewer subjecting everyone (including Christina) to his poetic monologue about everything but soccer.
It's crazy how much attention he gets for being American. In reality I view him as like on a candreva level. Guisssepe Rossi (US born) was legit a potential world class player, he had injury problems.
Could have a least said Grazie 😂
As a USMNT fan, I'm a huge fan of Pulisic, but was is this interviewer hand picked by his camp?? This is the same guy who interviewed him a few months ago and the way he sets up the questions and asks the softest of softball questions lends me to believe he's been hired to show Christian in the best light possible. Or he's such a huge CP fan that he is afraid to say/ask anything that might upset CP. This doesn't sound like a real interview but more like a PR episode.
Let us remember that the club has an interest in this, also.
Probably but; many people do that some people even approve questions
