Oy Oy, My Fave Father / Daughter team is BACK , Hooray !!!! So much more effort than previous dump excursions. The regular size Swamp Root is quite a nice looking bottle. Sample sizes of it are not found often. So a bit rarer than the average size. yeah, part of the Big "Snake Oil" charlatans of early America. Ty for taking us along

Actually,my favorite find was one that you didnât keep.
It was that large stoneware that was split right down the middle,top to bottom.
Personally,I think that it was a great study in the wall thickness,etc. and was a rare opportunity to witness it,because youâre not going to cut one in half,that would be bonkers.

Welcome back! Awesome finds! I love the dolls head! I would think that some bottles like the pickle bottles could be cleaned up and new cork stoppers would make great bottles to make your own flavored vinegars or oils for cooking. It's amazing that spot in super finds. After watching a video about a woman who dries out those nasty nettles and watching her make a thread with them used to make hair netting, It makes me look at them in a whole new light! Even though I know nettles are edible and people make a tea from it, I haven't had the nerve to try it even though it supposed to be very good for you. All I kept thinking was Ouch! lol be careful out there!

I ain't even watched the whole vid yet but i felt the need to comment. I have fond memories of battling through the stinging nettles, tearing them out, beating them down, only to find a wasp nest...good times:) Ok, made it kind of to the end of the vid. I love the two little blue bottles you found and it is wonderful to see you back.

Nice to see you down my way again. Glad you had some good finds at the tip that has been dug by every man and his dog since the 70's. I've got a few of the Findlater tops in my collection. I can tell you it's a good spot for inks. As an aside, and I'm getting pretty fed up with the constant heat and drought, they may be a silver lining for larkers with all the rivers and streams drying up this may reveal some nice finds in places that would otherwise be water logged. Food for thought.

Bing Ham Ton. Fifty miles from where I live. Very surprised you would find bottles from the US.
