i love this kind of humor! Waste thousands of dollars to save a few minutes of driving time. Human stupidity is infinite. Can I have some more, please.
Yes more coming soon!!!
It's waste of knowledge. Like literally. You can google for everything now, learn in just a minute...
But IMMA BIG BOOOOYY, I CAN STEP ON A GAS, I NO' HOWTTA DRIVE COOL'!
Sat nav doesn't MAKE you drive through deep water. What a balloon.
🤣🤣🤣
to be honest - this is NOT a DEEP water.
Audi owner said. "Google maps took me this short cut"
But Google maps didn't tell you to drive through the river 😂
The dude living nearby with a tow truck put that dip in the road .. makes a good living.
Need to add new safety notice:
"Warning: Google Maps has no Brain, use your own."
Dunno if this makes things better or worse if people follow this advice.
@@timhartherz5652 you would be surprised how many people are dependent on Google for everything from how to get to the closest weed store to is the space station floating or flying
@@me-so2ze I agree, but i think orbital space stations are actually kinda falling ... sideways.
I haven't checked with Google though. ;-)
A guy who stands all over his Audi instead of getting wet, should own a corsa
He did not really care and had part exchanged his Audi for a Discovery as revealed from the MOT database.
@@zeewin MOT doesn’t tell you that he part exchanged anything! The car probably ended up a write off
I was wondering if i was the only one thinking this...
@@goldcakes correct but that’s it, nothing to do with them part Ex changing the Aldi for it like numpty said above 👆🏻 😂
Like how he just climb all over the car with shoes and whatever due to the fear of getting wet socks... Or maybe he already there knows that the sneakers are worth more than the car i that state...
Looking for this comment
such a materialistic world we live in.....whats your problem if the guy dont give a fk abt stepping on the car ? lol
@@CommentThink expensive cars can't contain a properly educated person. Good looking suit plus expensive car - divides a chance by half.
Any more questions?
Fair play for getting it started at the road side, most would just get it recovered
Exactly. The guy was great.
Until it seizes up because there’s water mixed in with the oil or it’s sucked some water in that’s been sat in a corner of the inlet manifold or intercooler and it bends a con rod…then he’ll be a knobhead.
It was recovered shortly after this debacle!
What a pratt. Utter waste of time, and I work for the same company
Should have got it recovered. Waste of time and effort.
What I did in my German car (Mercedes) I removed the tube that connects the air filter to the front of the car. I was the only one that didn't have to pull over out of 7. That all locked.
What a great mechanic
Now we know the firing pattern at least
The worlds 1st car engine fountain. Very easy to make but very expensive.
hydrogen engine can do that for real :D
denting the car to avoid wet socks - getting wet socks anyway :D
So much water! That engine drank like a fish 🐟.
I know literally SO much
Towing it with that van is hilarious
Front wheel drive recovery vehicle is the most cucked shit ever.
The issue is there was water in everything but the head of the engine when it was started. I guarantee water slipped past the piston rings and made its way to the oil pan. The best way to go about it would've been to take it to a shop and drain all the fluids because you don't know if water got in the transmission or transfer case or the differentials
Your transmission doesn't have an air intake, and I'd be quite surprised if water made it inside the differential, considering it's sealed oil tight.
Yes, replacing the oil is recommended, because water almost certainly went in through the crankcase vent. Any water pushing past the rings is minimal compared to that literal direct line to the oil sump.
@@wyattroncin941 there's a breather vent on basically every automatic transmission and if there was water inside the cabin of the car, the water level was definitely above that breather port. If water made it in the trans chances are, it made it into the transfer case as well. Basically the same principal as water getting into the crankcase vent. And judging by how much water came out of the spark plug holes, I'd bet that whole thing is full. I'm surprised it didn't hydro lock honestly
Better yet, call the insurance company .. the car is totaled, scrap, junk.
see u got the point right where i work is a assembly plant and the engine of motorcycles come upside down from china and every single one of them burns oil for like 30 minutes after first start let alone water on piston which isn't dense as oil is best thing he could do was taking it to his house draining all the oil putting new oil in then take sparks off and start it so he doesn't circulate water which got in oil pan in the rod bearing also 2 more oil changes just in case
Bro what are you even saying, I'm no car guy but even I know that's wrong
I was at a hotel in Houston TX and a hurricane created a flash flood in the parking lot. The fire marshal woke me at 4 am and said if I want to keep my truck I had about an hour before it would be under water. I looked out and water was at the door handles. I got it started and drove out of the lot. The lot was in a depression about 5 foot lower than the roadway. The next day I serviced the truck, the water pump and clutch fan were broken by the water as I drove out of the lot, had to change trans fluid, engine oil, all the wheel bearings and still ended up with a really bad vibration, like shake the truck apart kind. It had filled the driveshaft with water, I couldn't believe it.
Great British mechanics. Love them.
So you just fucked that engine.....like another comment said, should have been drained
Class this one
I know mate hahhaa
Wow..... just wow..
Poor audi what about oil? Am i stupid? There is no way it had no water in the oil.
Great car, it's passed the test 👍
Seemed like it would have been OK untill he reconnected the intercooler without getting the water out first.
Intercooler wasn't disconnected but the turbo kept sucking it through yes
When the Audi is part Archer Fish.
Not an Audi fail... driver fail should be better 🙂
So did it survive the drive home?
Hope you gave it an engine oil service after that... Some water would've got past the rings and mixed your oil.
After the 3rd time it stalled he gave up... recovery was already on the way anyway... directly to AUDI.
@@DANSADVENTURE69 the first time it stalled you damaged it.
it's just dumb to even attempt this.
Looks like it comes up as a different car on mot
Yo that started…crazy
The engine is broken, the connecting rods are definitely bent, then as we all know, water cannot be compressed

Lesson Learned: Don't park in a Pond.
I'll never buy a secondhand car again. If i do, then I'll watch the entire CZcams to make sure the car has not traversed Rufford ford. thank you
Don't forget to search for hijack, chances are much more
I think you should sue Google 😂
gotta love incompetent mechanics making shit worse.... once a engine hydrolocks you pull that shit to the shop and disassemble it completely
This comments section reminds me of that scene from Top Gear where Richard drowned his Opel Kadett Oliver and James rubbed it in saying this is broken, thats broken the oil is ruined etc… 😂😂
What a waste of emergency services
It’s not emergency services, this amateur doesn’t even own a high viz jacket!
3:55 Thats like Ivor The Engine -toot toot!
Hahahha
how did you do to get the water out of the engine? having the same issue :/
Like the video but you also want to empty the intercooler.
@@DANSADVENTURE69 just because you pulled the "like my video" card instead of actually giving advice I'm downvoting your shit and never watching your crappy channel again don't be a ass
fucking Brits
I saw him attempt to drive through it! He said Google maps told him to do it! I said are you blind 😂
It took me 18 seconds to realize he was speaking English 😂
I just wanted to visit my aunt who lives in Manchester, I enter her address in my GPS and drove from Boston to Manchester over the Atlantic Ocean no problems 😂.
Water inside vehicle …instant write off..full lift to scrap yard.
Went well. Bad luck and then the engine is ruined with open eyes.
Take it straight to the junk yard
there you are then chap, off you go
when you have one more brain than a chicken to not shit on the table
when you have no idea about cars. just how to press the pedals and turn the wheelsbut genuine question.
what are they doing climpbing over the car??? why not just tkae of your shoes and socks and then climb in??
might be cold yes but only for a little bit.
but im extremely surprised it ran after that. damn he lucky.
He isn’t … it croaked it just down the road and was towed. Engine is screwed
@2:58 my lord! 😅
No one getting Michael Scott vibes with this vid?
Audi for sale... Freshly cleaned. Lightly used...
I'm shit so il just blame the sat nav🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@DANSADVENTURE69 🤣🤣🤣🤣
That engine is scrap.
Looks like the current owner only bought it in Aug22 too!
@@wintersun398 wow... he didn't seem too bothered... Nice chap tbh
Guys that's water, not lava. Just walk to the car.
It would be interesting to know the fait of this car a year later.
100% it is a spare parts now
Once again the nature demonstrates the real power against some human invented technology 🥴 Only one real horse power is enough and there are even three 🤗
I know 3 of them !
Cold Water in Hot engine hmmm s
Why didn’t you rescue his boot mat
How?
What would it cost to repair a Hydrolocked car engine UK £ ?
Wtf? Does this country not have trucks?
This is how to damage your car, suscribe for more 😂😂😂
It's wasted anyway. If it isn't electronics, it will be lack of lubrication.
People are mad
I know so funny
Why take off the mats? They couldn't have weighed that much.
Only fail here I see is ur driving license
There’s no way that thing doesn’t spin a bearing soon after.
I would of NOT started that car. Would of taken it to the shop and gotten all fluids drained first. Probably pulled the oil pan to ensure all water is removed from the engine. Would of also vacuumed the water from the spark plugs to prevent rest from forming on the piston rings and cylinder walls asap.
does not have spark plugs
That's messed up to crank engine full of H2O..
Seems to work fine for steam engines
These people have money to waste like that?
You should've never turned that engine over full of water. The engine is now destroyed.
No he didn’t it will only ruin you engine if the cylinders are sealed in this case it was not and the water had somewhere to escape
If u take off the spark plugs it’s perfectly fine.
Why do you think think the engine stopped in the first place?
@@sosbabe2804 this is a diesel you can tell cuz they guy said glow plugs also diesel engines are made for more compression anyway.
@@Fluxinfluence damn I didn’t know that was a diesel.
you moved the barrier for this video didnt you.....putting lives at risk for a film.
Erm... I arrived to the car already in the water at this one. Plus... there isn't barriers usually at this one...
What a weird comment.
The place is dead. We've seen all we are going to see.
What place is dead?
This isn't Rufford Ford and was recorded the day before this was published.
for real the tur his engine on again? how dumb are those guys! all system still have water, like tubes and intercooler! ahahahahhaha so stupid, they 'cleaned' the cilinders, what abouot all the system to the engine? hahahahaha
Clueless driver. That's not what they meant when they said "water cooled".
Hi mate. I'm currently reporting this to certain platforms, the Automobile Association are not happy with the use of the company objects and vehicle within your video and it must be removed, i have escalated this to HR and to CZcams / tiktok and we will be in touch regarding the issue.
Hi, your car is it ?
Unfortunately it's a public place so I'm confident there is no issue.
What exactly are you reporting 🤔?? That you don't want to be in the video?
HR irrelevant unless there's an employee disciplinary issue. You're talking pap.
@Robin Usher exactly. Nothing to do with who filmed it..
@@DANSADVENTURE69 He's just being self-important, getting off on the idea that he might be worrying someone. It'll go nowhere.
@Robin Usher shame as he was really nice chap in person. Probably the nicest tech I've witnessed in that situation.
Incredible all the emergency services turning up to fix a broken car. Just needed a garage. You can maybe fix the engine but all that water in the wiring will destroy it in a few years. Thats why insurers write off flood damaged cars now
Yeah flood damage, either scrapped engine or scrapped interior. Would equal to a scrapped car. PS Insurance policy doesn't cover flood damage at all, so no pay out either.
Yeh exactly.... whole team there for nothing.
@@StevenKeel
Fully comp insurance dose cover you for waterdamage if you drive into water.
@@JohnSmith-ef8nr I guess it depends on if it was willful neglect.
@@StevenKeel If they are fixed privately, then the car wouldn't be write off would it?
