Today I'm taking you through a full workout but this video will be more like a vlog than a voice over video. Support Belt - www.vblush.com/productdisplay... Follow me on Instagram - jpgreenly89
If i ate that many beans i'd be up and down all night deflating the bag, lol. Your meal looked scrummy! Also, you're tall! I never noticed on Instagram but in the video you look a good six footer!
Tbh me too! If I had them later in the day but because it was earlier on it would be gone and digested before bed. Haha I wish! Maybe it’s the camera angle but I’m not 6ft. I’m 5ft10 but I’m not fussed about my height my fiancé Alex is 6ft2 and I love that she’s tall obviously haha
I’m shooting 1080 because most of my audience watch on their phones so I don’t think it’s needed. Also this m50 has 4K but no autofocus on it. Which looks pretty bad when your filling yourself. Oh yeah that’s my coach, he has a prosthetic leg and still benches more than me.
Hello mate, well done on the comp, watched the vid, you did well man. Have I just seen you on the Vanilla blush website modelling mens swimwear? If so can you recommend any specific swimwear to use that look and feel good? Going Greece next year so wanna get recommendations.
Thank you for watching my videos! Yeah thats me, i feel pretty lucky to be able to work with a company like that. For the swimwear my favourite is this pair www.vblush.com/productdisplay/mens-black-red-stripe-swimming-trunk
Do you do any accessory work to help negate peristomal hernias? When I am cleared by my surgeon, I would like to lift again, but unsure if getting under a barbell right off the bat is the best approach, maybe body weight and then into hacksquat machines? Any advice would be great! Thanks
I dont do any specific work anymore. You idea to start with body weight, then machines and then barbell is a good idea. Walk before you can run and if you are able work with a coach
I see u wearing belt..will it not hurt stoma or push it inside or make it bleed..I am just worried what if stitches comes off and my stoma goes inside stomach..lol
The stoma has no feeling so it doesn't bother it. However, I don't place the belt completely over the stoma and I wouldn't really recommend using a heavyweight belt when you first get your stoma. I don't think a stoma can be pushed back inside but I'm not a surgeon, so maybe it is possible.
Awesome..you are motivation

Image quality looks so much better. What camera are you using now?
Thats good to hear, Im using the Canon M50. Its a pretty cheap camera for what it can do.

@@JosephGreenly how do you wear the heavy lifting belt. Like my stoma is right in the line of my belly button.
