Can we talk about how the autobots and decepticons just randomly choose when to fly despite being able to have vehicle modes it’s so comically funny
I stil remember one episode where theres a Golden Lake that grants Invincibility for a short period of time, the Decepticons literally coming in Flying like balloons.
I mean, G1 Megatron only turns into a gun, sooooo...
As a rule, Autobots don't fly. However, in the beginning, the writers didn't know that yet.

Autobots in The Movie: Gets shot once, DEAD.
While the vehicons in prime die by getting kicked
I put it down to them being low on Energon at the time. The mission Ironhide's team was on was to get Energon from Autobot City so they weren't at full power. And at Autobot City they were caught off guard and alot of the ones that get killed offscreen likely got shot up before they could take cover in the city.

@@flamingderp9977 Thanks. I know the actual reason was "plot" but it would make sense. Arcee showed concern that Hotrod and Kup were outside the city and would have been sitting ducks if they failed to get inside before the city went into Battle Mode.
We later see Arcee drag in Wheeljack and Windcharger's bodies. They likely got shot up trying to get inside the city. We know from Kup's barricade (that Hot Rod drives through) that some Autobots were outside the city when the Decepticons attacked.

I’ve never seen Soundwave look so clumsy while running or doing anything for that matter. And he had some decent frames just for that.

G1 Megatron is sarcastic af, and isn't afraid of showing off his ugly, evil laughter, while Animated Megatron acts like that goth kid from the mall, and is so reserved about his emotions, that he replaces an evil laughter with an evil smirk.
