Downtown Middleton progress July, 2024

A look at the downtown Middleton progress and The Villages High School. We start our drive from Saluki Recreation and end at Middleton. Middleton is for families/people under 55 who cannot live in The Villages. It has similar features like golf car paths, recreational areas and a sense of community. Middleton also has some great prices on homes in the area. I cannot wait to see what businesses are going to be there. The Mark G. Morse Sports Complex has four 84ft basketball courts and can be used for many purposes such as volleyball. The new 800 seat Tracy Performing Arts Center located at the The Villages High School campus will surely have a lot of fun entertainment and also student productions. This theater is designed to also host small choir shows and even open mic nights.

Also to add (for those people who don't already know) besides being for younger people (not "55+ qualified" if you will), Middleton is for people who work in The Villages, in order to have a community they can live in that's nearer to their work, and schools for their children to attend as well (as long as the parent(s) continue to be Villages employees/staff).
