This 25 Minute NSDR Yoga Nidra (Non Sleep Deep Rest) is a style of Meditation with relaxing binaural beats at the healing frequency of 432 Hz. You can think of this Yoga Nidra is like a little reset for your mind. This guided Yoga Nidra includes gentle binaural beats to further soothe the nervous system and create brainwave entrainment for deep relaxation and theta and delta brainwaves. This type of meditation also aids in deep relaxation, non-sleep deep rest, and for those who need it, sleep.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This yogic sleep technique calms the nervous system and activates the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response which is so needed in these current times.

During the countdown, I felt a wave of sadness through my chest that was flowing up and down with my breath. It was uncomfortable to feel. My first thought was that it sucked as I had recent stressors and the feeling of sadness would be overwhelming, but immediately upon catching myself, I said I accept you sadness and I love you because that is what I would want for myself. It was puzzling at first to say that I loved the sadness, especially since up to a few years ago I had dealt with depression and much preferred not being under its grip, but I treated sadness today as a person that was worthy of love and acceptance. I embraced it internally as I would hold someone dear to me, as I would hold myself, and as a part of myself. The sadness wasn't expecting that, and it dissolved. Thank you, Ally!
I have ME/ CFS and adopting this practice has done more for me towards more health and energy than any other treatment I’ve been given. I’ve been practicing for about 6 months and I be been amazed at the difference. I’ve been telling everyone I know about this life changing practice!
Dear Ally. I've commented before, but have to again. There are many different yogis offering online Yoga Nidra meditations. I've occasionally checked others out, just to see what's "out there". Each time I come to the same conclusion ... there's no one who comes even close to your serene, calm, natural, thoughtful, meditative guidance. I can't remember which one it was but I feel asleep to one of your Yoga Nidras a few days ago and it was such a special video because you spontaneously brought my attention to things I couldn't predict, like "the tip of the left thumb", "center of the heart", I can't really explain why but it was perfect for me and really helped me keep attention when I couldn't predict the next words so easily (I love all your videos though)

Dear Allie, I have only found yoga nidra on u tube and no one compares to you with innate knowledge, healing voice. I have Parkinson’s disease and heavy duty exercise is recommended it has its appropriate time,but yoga Nidra is great for the balance of parasympathetic which helps integrate all the brain and nervous system. This Nidra practice I felt the whole universe in my pelvis. Feels weird to say, but that is how it felt. I love my journey of yoga Nidra. I am becoming more and more connected to my Sankalpa.
