  • 9x 400m w/ 1:30 Rest Track Workout! / Long Distance Workout!
    This is another track workout video. In this video I did 400m repeats. They were supposed to be as followed: 3 at 70, 3 at 67, and 3 at 64. I went a tad bit faster than anticipated though. It was a very solid workout! Hope you all enjoy!

    I'm afraid that your running form will cause your waist and ankle injuries
    I suggest that you make the land position of the foot a little more forward by increasing the hip flexion, and pay attention not to increase the knee angle.
    In addition, during the transition stage, increase the knee flexion, and let the ankle push timing a little later
    ,don't push your knees, it feeling like bend your knees.
    In this way , your running can be more elastic.

    Chase with my track season being cancelled, should I just train up to next xc season or should I take time off? If so, when? Thanks

      Maybe just lower the intensity of workouts,Go easy for 1-3 weeks
