Thank you for the video. I just bought an Escalade myself and was considering the Weathertech liners. Don’t think I’ll be buying Weathertech now. Thanks again.

Just bought my first set of WeatherTech for my wife’s 2007 Toyota Highlander. They arrived yesterday and first row fits pretty good. Cargo area fits good although because it was rolled up like yours, it’s gonna take some time for it to relax and stay flat. I did put some heavy items in the areas that were still curling up a bit. Unfortunately things are cooling down here in Dayton Ohio so we don’t have the type of heat that we really need to relax the mat. Also, I agree that the cargo area should have some sort of support so that it doesn’t slide around. I think I will add some industrial Velcro. The second row did not fit at all. When I contacted WeatherTech, they were quick on the reply but told me that I need to trim out the middle section to fit around the console. For something that cost me $356 for all pieces, I feel like you should get what you need without needing to do any kind of trim work. Apparently there are some that don’t have the center console that sticks out in that second row and that’s what I received. But because mine sticks out, i’m forced to trim it. Not cool WeatherTech, not cool. Next set of mats will likely be a different brand. I give it a 6/10

Ive had weather tech in my last three vehicles they were always durable and fit well including cargo mats. I just ordered a complete set for my yukon XL

How did they fit? I'm looking to buy mats for my 2024 Yukon XL. Trying to decide between WT and the OEM Premium All-Weathers. I've had WT before and liked them, but seems the OEM mats may have better fit this time around.

@@TheGingrBeardMan right out of the box they are fine the cargo area mat comes rolled up which is annoying. I laid all of them out and put weights on them to flatten them in the sun for a couple hours then put them in my wife's rig. In a couple of days they laid flat and are now fine covering 90% of the carpets. Their floor mats honestly are the best with the higher edges keeping your shoes from kicking the trim . The cargo mat works but I have seen a mat that splits and attaches to the back of the third row so when you fold the seats down you get complete coverage in the cargo area. I can't remember who makes that design but I do remember it was roughly the same price.

@@TateTopG777 Thanks! Yeah, the OEM all weather cargo mat attaches to the back of the third row seat.

If it was $310 for all that than on the Cadillac website you might as well buy everything - front mats, second row, third row, and cargo liner for $325 and they fit exact and come with the logo. Thank you for the video.

I have the same color interior on our escalade, we ordered the Tan liners too, as soon we got them in, the color was so off, we had to return them! Way too dark of a tan, was expecting way lighter, we thought it looked horrible. We replaced them with black liners, not ideal but looks much better

I have had WeatherTech in the last three of my Escalade‘s they fit terrible.. they say they are laser measured and cut and all that other nonsense but it is very disappointing to spend almost $500 you would think that they would be perfect but they are far from it…as for the shape you should take a heat gun to the mats very delicately and you can fix the shape this happens because they are sitting in the box and getting folded and thrown around but the heat gun will help.. also call WeatherTech and ask them to send you Velcro or those spiky things and also for some reason the sticker that says WeatherTech always falls off and goes missing they will also send you the stickers to stick back on… unfortunately these are the best mats out there than I have seen..out of all of the brands this is all we got guys until someone like us thinks of a better idea

For everyone in the comments, there are many better yet cheaper alternatives. I've had many different vehicles and many different floor liners. To my experience, weathertech has always been the worst. Husky liners are better. There is also another company called 3D maxpider. If there are alternatives, go with the alternatives!

You should have gotten the WeatherTech HP version , they have many rubber like grippers on the bottom of the mats to grip the carpet so they don't slide around , made with more heavy duty rubber than plastic and they are less stiff so the edges don't curl up , they lay flat better and fit better

Thanks for your time with your experience...PS I am installimg mine today LoL

we have the same interior as the video, got the tan because it looked light on their site and assumed it would match our tan interior, boy were we wrong! We paid the expensive return shipping and got black ones! Hideous tan color for their liners, this video doesnt do it justice how bad it looks.

They're okay. I think the reason they don't fit like you think they should is because the materials are too flimsy to lay where they are supposed to go. Maybe if the material was a little less stiff it would fall into position a bit better.
