After 8 years of school and completing 1 year of residency in 2021, I finally accomplished my goal of becoming a clinical inpatient pharmacist! I am currently a float pharmacist, meaning I "float" around and work in different areas of the hospital depending on where they need me.

I would say try to keep a positive attitude in all your answers! At the end of the day, they want a technician that would work hard and can work alongside the other pharmacists and technicians so it would be a red flag if all your interview answers are negative towards your peers!
