This place goes on and on! I agree with @M Harrison A. The internal courtyard and roof terrace are awesome. I could picture myself easily living in Galantina.
Spectacular building, with an incredible potential. Galatina is full of buildings of this calibre, now turned into a contemporary living space.
What a beauty! I can imagine it renovated. It’s like a palace! The inner courtyard is my favorite part. I hope someone buys it and brings it back to life like it deserves. Great video!

@@sunrise1304 Hi! Yes, closed on June 1. It was so fun how Davide was able to include me in that process. Flights booked for late summer for sure. If I can figure out a break in my work life to have an additional short hop over before that, then all the better. 😊

This place incredible. Your walk through was so insightful, like taking a historical tour. So great, well done. How much is something like this? I would love a project like this to make a home. (But more than likely out of my price range. Lol) But man I would still love to do the work!
Location is very much the key when it comes to the price of the real estate. Normally between 200k and several millions.

@@salentowithlove3314 I like the sound of that, it’s a pity we missed Easter, that would’ve been fun, maybe more of a adult theme, with Prosecco flowing, more American style on the market open house, but with a twist finding sheets of all other properties on the market, a little bit of free advertising to buyers, potential buyers, agents, etc etc 😁🙌🏾

This property is owned by two different owners and combined is on the market for €365k, the video only shows 60% of the property. Soon people are going to regret not stepping in now!!
