Diversity is important, so I hope EPS has their fair share of large men with some muscles that they are willing to use, rather than their firearm. 90-pound thin female cops just don't cut it sometimes. Sometimes muscles is a needed tool 90-pound female cops lack. I wonder sometimes if that means those small cops are more likely to rely on less than lethal, and lethal force. Someone needs to record use of force statistics.

Nothing diverse about it and they mostly hire on "hard skills". How many finished university and how about graduate school? Zero you say? How many failed at a previous career but stuck around in Deadmonton. Aside from CPS this is the worst police service in the worst city. Require advanced education and 99% would be gone.
