It was mentioned in the lab recordings that humans have evolved through genetic and nano tech advancement. The product of that evolution is Andro-Eidos. Now humans survive the vacuum of space and the pressure in the deepest oceans. If Eve was an upgrade from Andro-Eidos and designed as a weapon no wonder she can tank attacks from giant Naytibas like its nothing. Don't even know if she was hurt being smashed around by that giant arms.
