That got me killed so many times trying to switch to "yes" to bring Torrent back while in combat.

Hold on i Have a question, burning the Seal Will lock me out of bosses or Areas?
I do know it can lock you out of some quest lines so be careful like for me I couldn’t do thoilers quest because I burned it

No there is only 3, that ghost is just one of those aesthetic ones I think

I don't think you need to burn the tree for #3. You can still get there without having burned it.
