재료
시럽 : 설탕 100g, 물 70g, 레몬즙 30g, 식용색소
마시멜로 : 설탕 200g, 젤라틴 25g, 물 80g, 물엿 130g
식용유, 원형 얼음틀
Syrup: 100g sugar, 70g water, 30g lemon juice, food coloring
Marshmallow: 200 g of sugar, 25 g of gelatin, 80 g of water,
130 g of starch syrup / Edible oil, round ice mold

'지구 젤리' 를 만들어봤습니다.
저도 이팅사운드용으로 구매를 하려고 했는데 이게
해외직구만 가능하더라구요, 가격대가 저렴한것도 아니고
기다리는게 귀찮아서 그냥 만들었습니다. 😊
먹방 영상을 참고했는데, 일반 젤리보다는
마시멜로에 가까운 식감이어서 최대한 비슷하게 만들어봤는데
원조 지구젤리의 맛과 똑같은 식감이었으면 좋겠네요 😊
처음에는 잼을 얼려보고 시럽도 얼려봤는데 당 농도가
진해서 그런지얼지가 않아서, 굉장히 애를 먹었어요.
시럽의 농도를 최대한 되직하게 만들어주시고 마시멜로가
어느정도 굳어야 시럽이 가라앉지 않으니
굳기 정도를 잘 체크하면서 만드시기 바랍니다. 👍

하긴 저 같으면 웃을 때 웃더라도 우선 바라던 자막 주셔서 고맙다고는 했을 듯 합니다. 다만 이건 역지사지가 좀 필요합니다. 여러분도 영화 볼 때 한글 자막이 영 좋지 않으면 그거 가지고 풉 ㅋㅋ 거리지 않나요? 이 사람들 행동이 반드시 맞다는 건 아니지만 Google 번역기 혹은 Papago 급의 번역을 너무 성의로 포장하는 건 아니라고 봅니다. 저도 취미로 쓰는 영어나 한글 단편 이야기를 매번 친구들과 나누어 보기 위해 교차 통역할 때 의미를 보존하면서도 각 언어의 특성에 맞추어 느낌을 잘 살리고자 매우 신중하게 합니다. 최소한 “물에 불려라” 를 “물 속에 들어가 나한테 전화해라” 로 바꾸지는 않습니다. 한글로 보니까 여러분도 솔직히 좀 웃기죠? 분명 더 신사적으로 몇몇 다른 사람들이 지적할 수 있었다 보지만 이렇게 당사자도 아닌 다른 사람들이 괜히 정말 모욕과 욕설, 인신공격을 하지도 않은, 그냥 초월번역 가지고 유치한 농담을 한 사람들에게 너무 성내고 있는 건 이상해 보입니다.
시청하는 연령대가 낮아서 그런지 영자막에 대한 조롱섞인 댓글이 눈에 띄네요. 서담님이 보시고 상처받지 않으셨으면 좋겠습니다. 영상 정말 잘 봤어요. 틀에 하나씩 짜넣으실때 만족감이 굉장히 높았습니다. 괜히 제가 다 기분이 좋아지는 느낌이었어요ㅎㅎ

와우 평소에 편의점에서 지구젤리 한두번 사먹어봤는데 너무 가격이 비싸서 자주는 사먹지 못했는데 이걸 직접 만드는 방법이 있었군요~ 저도 서담님처럼 금손을 가지고 있다면 집에서 직접 만들어서 먹을텐데 영상 소리도 좋고 너무 잘보고가요~ 감사합니다 ㅎㅎ

When people are saying that the translations are funny, it's because they are. That's not a bad thing, honestly it makes it more enjoyable to watch. Translating from Korean to English is probably not easy, and I assume most people understand that, so the people who are talking about the subtitles don't mean it in a rude way, they captions get the point across even if they do have minor mistakes. Sometimes words in foreign languages have multiple meanings which can lead to a bit of a mistranslation, but I think most people could understand what it was trying to say. The imperfect translations add more character to the video, maybe a little chuckle here and there, and that's not a bad thing. There is always room to improve but even so, I would say your English is pretty great :)
