Penuel brought me here. This is interesting.
Same😅❤. And I love it here
And I am staying...
You are going to love it here, welcome 😊
The conversations on this channel are so refreshing and educational. As a young person, I gain so much value here.
Great episode. I'm always fascinated by people trying to make a difference. It's so rare that we think it doesn't exist or you doubt it thinking there is a catch or an angle they are playing. Good luck to this gentleman keep up the good work
One thing about two things 😅 the disillusionment and apathy of the youth can be remedied. Thank you Joel for being a change maker despite challenges you face. I wish to be able to follow suit one day with a young NPO.
Such an important conversation and initiative in this here South Africa our land. The challenges they face with the candidates not finishing or just doing this for the stipend are such a painful reflection of how difficult it is in Mzansi. Admin can we please have the details for Joel, I think you attached the previous guests details. 🙏🏾
Hi Ursula! I remember you from the Trinity Community Church days and it's great to see your show flourish! I am learning a lot here. Keep up the good work❤
So inspiring
🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 Talk about out of the box, really interesting and practical model
Thank you so much. Very informative.
What a powerful and educational show
this is great! I hope they can get as much funding as they can to help more people, there will always be those that don’t finish the programs but I think the bigger chunk will do and that’s what’s most important.
also Urshy needs to reduce on cutting Bonga off as she tries to get a point across. I’ve seen it happen one too many times and I feel like Bonga usually has so much good insight but it is cut short!
The honours is on the students to make the programme look worthwhile
Cheers to Penuel his an introduced me to such a beautiful mind Miss Mariane I really enjoy your podcast. keep it going
Yooh Ursula ke nna o ke nahana the entire young people in my relatives and friends and streets bona everywhere
You are beautiful Ursula
She is. There's something I can explain about her beauty
I am 24 years old and in Aviation and now am in touring. This industry has money and I don't even have a degree just a learnership programme and managed to get hired by great companies.
Even if I decide to quit my job I can be a tour administrator in the US and work from home.
Which company
Insightful conversation, man if only we had more of this convos. Sana there is a lot of work to be done in this space of skilling the youth. The stipend issue is so real it's sad. I was having a convo just yesterday with my sister who saw this 3 years apprenticeship with R3500 stipend. After completion of the apprenticeship you definitely will be at a better position than 3 years before in terms of job prospects.Flop is that the entire stipend in those 3 years will be spent monthly on transport. What do I then eat, pay rent etc with 😴 She decided not to pursue it unfortunately.
I think the person who was responsible for buying her food in high school can continue
I am so inspired I wanna join the program
❤
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
This is reality , I somehow feel like we should be like China and allow people to only have 1 child , I know it has its side effects and China is feeling it now, but don't we need that?
Hi team, eish Ursula I couldn't get myself to finish your interview on THAT other podcast, I was shocked you went THERE to begin with, but I could tell you probably regretted it soon after the camera's rolled. I hope it pays off for channel growth though, because ey that was hard to watch!
It was actually a good interview, I'm pretty sure they both enjoyed themselves, that's why Penuel got an invite to the conversation capital😊
Hawu Boitumelo it was actually a really beautiful conversation. Penuel fully embodies masculinity as does Ursula her femininity. As Ursula said during the chat, fear and hate are synonymous. There was no regret but soft courage and confidence and Penuel definitely learned a thing or two from her. Try finishing it 😅
@zammyzee8073 Ey, I'll try again tlhe 🤣 those first 10/15minutes was rough
