You already know this, but the MPC One has AUTO sampling digitally and with ANALOG gear (use Midi and it plays the notes automatically to sample!), you can sample any sounds from your must have VSTs. That's really the only way I know of.
I love this video. Thank you! I'm very new to this. I just purchased the MPC One + 2 weeks ago and haven't opened it until I've done enough research. I have a lot to learn and am pretty overwhelmed, lol. What cables are those that you showed at around the 4:48 mark?
That is an TRS to iPhone cable. So you can sample off the phone.

I’d just jump in if you’re actually going to keep the MPC. Build the skill set and muscle memory by doing, not reading and watching. No harm in collecting information but it’s useless if you don’t start applying what you saw or heard.
