Lori Vallow: FOX 10 seeks courtroom cameras in Arizona

- Fox 10 Investigative reporter Justin Lum made a statement to a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge on why the media should be able to record Lori Vallow’s status conference.
Cameras were not allowed to film this hearing regarding the defense’s motion to prevent the broadcast of the status conference.
The judge ruled in favor of cameras but Vallow waived her appearance for the hearing that followed and was taken back to jail.

If it is. Capitol case which I don’t know if it is, she got life in Idaho she deserves the death penalty. Again NOT sure if this is Capitol case.

Victims who cannot travel to attend the trial need to be considered, especially the close family members of deceased and those who had attempts on their life.

They were incompetent. They even had to go at Lori Vallow's house hours later for the second time to seize Charles's phone although Lori Vallow claimed the argument started because she grapped Charles's phone and to see his texts.
The LE agencies in Arizona need to be held accountable for their lack of urgency & proper investigation. I hope the Vallow/Tammy's family can find a way to sue civilly. None of this would have happened if they had listened to Charles.

As far as the "No Remorse" title on a Fox10 News report, that was TOTALLY taken from the fact that Lori repeatedly says the children are happy as well as Tammy is happy meaning in the afterlife, so in her own wordings she is revealing that she believes there is no need for any remorse over their deaths.
That is a lame thing to bring up about any prejudice, there has been nothing but clean reporting of the truth.

Funny her Attorney says she doesn't want camera's in the courtroom yet he requests that she would like the 'right' to wear civilian clothing if the judge decides camera's will be approved. She's always loved attention, she thrives on it, first she looks for is where the camera's are when she arrives in the courtroom, even when she was transferred from Hawaii & Idaho to Arizona she was 'acting' for the camera's, she went on the Mrs Texas beauty quest in about 200 where one of her answers to the judges questions was "I'm a ticking timebomb'!
Also, if she didn't want to appear in court she can plead guilty or no contest, simple really!

Btw her attorney’s rebuttal to Justin is the incorrect one. They changed the location of the trial as a precaution, not because they were unable to find enough suitable jurors. Fremont Co. is very small, so it made sense to move the trial to Ada Co.

She hasn’t been convicted in Arizona and this is for a completely separate murder. It’s been proven that a defendant wearing jail attire gives the impression of guilt to a jury.

Justin is just as good, and works in the local Phoenix market for the local Fox news station, so why? Nate wasn’t successful at arguing for cameras for her Idaho trial. I am sure he will as well, unless the court runs a single camera like Chad’s. Nate and Justin are friends, so you really shouldn’t reply on each others posts about the other being best.
I have followed this case for four years, but there are dozens of other cases that I know nothing about. Not everyone is interested in true crime. The jurors in both Idaho trials were not following the case and knew very little them.

It’s not that big of a deal I don’t want to see her anyway.
I don't want to see her either, I've seen enough of her. But you got to remember there are a lot of people who are finding out about this case for the first time. So I believe that her image and her belief system and where it came from needs to be put on display and exposed. It's time for all these culty beliefs that are ingrained in religion come under extreme scrutiny especially when children and innocent adults are slaughtered. So I will get through the unbearable torture of having to look at her ridiculous prison makeup face... Just to see Justice serve. It's worth it. And then we never have to look at her again.

Defense seems to forget the courts are open to the public, period. It’s 2024. Federal courts should have cameras too. It’s ridiculous to restrict any part of a public trial.
If you want to look good to a jury pool, maybe you shouldn't be involved in killing your own children and others. The public should certainly be able to view court cases for transparency. The lack of cameras isn't going to turn the devil into a Saint. It's completely an illogical argument.

Lori has long since lost her presumption of innocents when she was convicted in Idaho, of murdering her two children. Therefore, there should be cameras allowed in the courtroom. It's time to stop worrying about Lori's rights and worry about the victims rights

I am glad a news channel is being allowed to film this. The court coverage in Chad Daybells trial was awful. Don’t get me wrong I am grateful that we had any coverage but it was very poor and would have been better done by experienced people. The audio at the beginning was very poor so I welcome this
