I was lucky enough to watch this along with my kids in person as we awaited to use the pitch at hotel football.Ryan was brilliant and chatted us afterward and took a photo with my star struck kids, really appreciate this pure class
Saw Giggs in 1994 in Ireland when I was a kid, he was about to subbed off, saw his number called and decided to dribble past the Dundalk team and score then go off! Brilliant player

Jadon Sancho is another example of the toxicity within our club. Ten Hag has undertaken a monumental task in dealing with players such as Pogba, Lingard, Ronaldo, Maguire, Sancho, Martial. If Ten Hag manages to offload Sancho, and the rest of the problematic players I will be more than impressed. Considering the overwhelming stress of dealing with the poisonous club owners and their minions, Ten Hag is working miracles.
It will be some story if he takes us back to where we belong.

My Mum bought me my first Football Video ‘Goals Goals Goals’ for the 1992/93 Season when I was 7, which was just after attending my first Coventry City match against United in the April just before they won the first PL Title! (0-1 Irwin).
So Giggs’ goal against Spurs (early season), when he rounded Walker and finished on the angle which was some goal 🥅 . I thought he’s my favourite player so far in the Video!and he stayed one of my favourite players all the way through his Career, not surprised what he achieved 👏

Wasn’t he her favourite?! Great to see him back, I was 15 we Gen I saw him come on as a sub for the very 1st time, soon as the game was over I was down the park with the ball 😂 he was something else, been watch a lot of 90’s United recently. The biggest thing missing is players not playing to eachothers strengths, there was constant balls being pinged and players knew if I hit this zone the balls coming 2 out of 3 times, we just don’t see that anymore!

Giggs gave me one of my greatest nights at football in the treble season when he scored that winner at Villa Park I sank to my knees I really didn’t care if I got trampled on that goal was so special and meant so much … for awhile after I was sure someone round me had a drum I could hear ‘ a pounding’ then I realised it was my heart thumping !!!

We seem to be in a Man United era now where players struggle to put 2 or 3 good performances together in a row (not just Sancho, but pretty much the whole squad). Whereas Giggsy seemed to play really well none stop for about 15 years, correct me if I'm wrong anyone...

Great interview from two men who've seen it all; from the inside, and from the outside..
I think Giggs was spot-on here about ETH trying one last thing out of desperation with Sancho. And that comment about in his time when "the standards were already there" makes a lot of sense too because new players arriving will take their cues from players who are already there. It's like when you walk into a new job on the first day, it kind of sets the tone if everybody is messing and slacking off, and you will quickly join them if you can get away with it..
No way knock the stadium down, just refurbish it. Never really been arsed how posh the seats are, it's always been what's happening on the park.
