10 MINUTE BODYWEIGHT AT-HOME HIIT WORKOUT (No Equipment Needed) - Train Like A Gymnast

- Join me for a quick follow along Train Like A Gymnast high intensity interval training workout! Keep your water nearby!
Feel free to do as many sets as you like! Here I lead you through 2 sets. Each set is 5 minutes long for a total of 10 minutes.
(40 SECONDS WORK, 20 SECONDS REST)
1. SQUAT JACK TAPS
Modification: Bodyweight Squats
• Keep chest up, squat to horizontal, tap floor each rep
2. PLANK PUSH UPS
Modification: Forearm Plank Hold
• Keep shoulders over wrists, avoid moving hips, bottom down, ribs in
3. BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUAT JUMPS
Modification: Split Stance Squats
• Keep chest up, point toe on jump with straight leg, bend to horizontal
4. CANDLESTICK JUMPS
Modification: Candlestick Rocks
• Keep pointed toes straight legs over hips, hips flat, legs together, jump high
5. V UPS
Modification: Upper Body Crunches
• Reach for toes not shins, legs straight and together, toes pointed, arms by ears
