Thanks for the video. Just got one. So far two out of three cats are using it. The one that isn't is a 5 year old female. She was found with kittens in someone's garage. Kitten's were adopted I kept the mother. It took forever to gain her trust. I've had her for 4 years now but the litter robot is just to strange for her so far (almost 3 weeks). Have tried letting the only regular litter box get dirty (first 2 weeks) but I can't do it to her. I'm afraid she will get urinary infection or other problems. Have decided to just be patient, it's only been a few weeks. My boys love it, only took a couple days for them to try it. Previously I had 6 litter boxes and she did share using them so I don't think its a sharing issue. Otherwise I am very happy with the Litter Robot.
maybe she will take to it some day - i do think those kitties that have been traumatized from other things, aren't ideal litter-robot candidates.
what about a full disassembly? I had to take it fully apart for cleaning removing the e panel, it was filthy in there, lots of litter, but now I cant get the sprocket wheel to seat.
Don't have a video on that, but the manufacturer might. You might look on their channel and see if you can find it.

I completely disassembled mine and removed the key to completely clean the inside. When I put it back together and ran it, it doesn't cycle properly and seems to either over cycle or doesn't return to a completely upright position. Is there a specific way the key has to be for it to cycle properly?
key should be pointed down and fit into the notch in the back. If the customer is unable to solve their issue through the troubleshooter, they will reach a form at the end that will prioritize their case with the customer experience team."

not sure if you're serious - but sorry, I have never used their wipes, so i have no idea.
I just got one... the chrystal litter I used... when it cycled went all to the waste bin. Is there a reason for that?
Yes, you need to use clumping litter in the Litter Robot - you cannot use crystal litter unless you want it all to go through every time.

Why is my LR 3 not stopping right side up? I start the globe in the direction the cat would enter it but it doesn’t complete the revolution and stops upside down…

How do you attach the the power cord to the litter box

How old is your kitten? Did you get the ramp? You don’t need batteries - it plugs into the wall. But they do sell a battery back up in case you’re worried about power going out.

Does your pinch detect ever rust and needed replacement?
ours have not. have you had that problem?

Think Whisker says you can use Pledge. I just used Guardsman because I had it on hand.
So what about installing the litter liner? How to install and what is the triangular black piece for? Our item didn't come with any instructions and this is not a good thing!

@@Floppycats Our unit arrive assembled. We figured out the litter liner but the black triangular piece doesn't fit the space on the top of the waste drawer. It keeps falling off the unit.

What about the piece that goes in the back?
The black key? You just need to align the square piece with the cut out that’s square on the back

@@RM-cy5eu yes. Had to. Ours came with a shield, that’s no longer in the unit. When you removed that, the key no longer worked.
@@RM-cy5eu ours came with a shield, that was then removed. once you plug the hole where the shield was attached, you cannot use the key - so yes on this first generation model.

That was a stupid useless video. Why did you not cover the back black part that goes through the back hole. SMH
Wow, I always wonder about the human behind a comment like that. It amazes me that someone could be so cruel to a complete stranger-and for what? This video is thorough-this unit had the shield removed, so there is not anything for the black part. I'd encourage you to understand everything before being so judgmental. You can be kind. I believe in you.
