I'm fairly comfortable making adjustments to mountain bikes, but the rear derailleur (or just the derailleur at this point) is REALLY hard to adjust. 35 years, I use my local bike shops for this when needed. SRAM makes a chain gap adjustment tool that sells for $6 - this should really have been included with the 951 if you bought mass market and build yourself. Totally worth the $6.
I'm having the same issue. I followed the video exactly and nothing is working. In addition, the chain is hitting/rubbing on the protector of the frame. I called Intense and they said it's a known issue but they don't have a fix for it. They recommended I take it into a local shop to see if they can repair it- at my expense. I'm very disappointed so far with the bike and experience. Will probably be returning it which is a shame since I had high hopes for this one!
I’m having a hard time to make the adjustments. It’s not shifting on to the last 3 high gears. Could it be something I missed during assembly? I followed your other video.

how do you replace the derailleur hanger if it's bent? how do you punch it out?
