Every entrepreneur/ RealE Investor gets rip off at some point in the Game , it’s usually in the beginning but I’ve seen it happen to experienced pros . What matters most , in my opinion is to not give UP

Great show, she is grounded in experience and knowledge. I do think there are deals out there. There are landlords at retirement age that want to exit the market now. They want to get out now and don’t want to ride out a potential market downturn.

OMG same experience bought into guru program 40k in debt luckily was able to get out of it , guru also had class action against last heard .
