    Beautiful. I wasn’t sure I was going to make it through this one. My heart hurts too much sometimes. But I came through the end and feel …calm. Still very very sad. But calm.❤

    Oh Michelle, thankyou. I don't know how I missed seeing the notification of this meditation when it first came out but I'm so grateful for finding it this morning (2:30am) as I'm really missing my step mum Kerry. She was the person I could talk with about almost everything. I miss her advice and encouragement.

      I'm so sorry for your loss... sometimes I take solace in knowing that even when these losses come, we are so close to our loved ones that we can imagine what they might say even when they aren't here to say the words.

    Loved it Michelle i felt so at peace listening and didn't cry😢 hmmm 😊 i will definitely be listening again. ❤❤❤❤❤ you made me think and hear my dad's laugh 😂and remembering his goofy smiles 😃 when we would take pictures, and just him being goofy 🤪 i think he has even made this emogi face 🤣 😂 sweet memories RIPARADISE DAD Bernie Ostrander November 16th 46 to October 14th 2022 gone but never forgotten ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

    Sending love and encouragement to anyone else who is also bearing the weight of loss, sadness, sorrow and grief.... We love and were loved in return. We continue to love and live as they watch over us now. Day by day we honour them by doing our best, by loving ourselves and helping others as we can. We look back at memories and remember both the good and the hard times. We will look forward, we will dream of the future again, in time.
    We all grieve in our own ways and grief will take as long as we need it to... Don't try to rush the feelings away, they are part of our healing process. Grief appears in the unexpected moments, in the quiet calm and in the busy rush of life.
    I send a hug to any who need one and I would sit with you in your grief if you need it. You may be alone right now in body but we share a common experience in spirit/emotion.

      What a beautiful and kind comment... we do our best. The more I lose, the more I understand how much of the beauty from those no longer here I can carry with as I honor them.

    I loved the idea of this, but would have liked longer pauses to have a conversation with my loved one.
