Bhaiya i have 10th-10 12th-82%(with 1 year gap) and UG -7.7cgpa . A GEM candidate , working in big 4 but joining has been delayed for 1 year , how much work ex is good for me ? And how my acads can affect me ? Given i had one year gap in 12th , currently thinking to give CAT after 1 year Workex

Sir, I got offer letter from IIM Jammu, Trichy & Nagpur.
I’m having doubts on which one to choose.
This is my first time and I am not from BBA background so I’m relatively new into these Business administrative stuffs. I did take Economics during graduation.
Will I struggle inside the campus? Because I’m an average student who gets around 60% in exams. Will it be hard to cope with the vast syllabus?
During my UG I didn’t go to a good college so presentation, projects and vivas are non existence and I heard that in IIMs these things are given big focus.
IIM Trichy is best in my knowledge. Also, don't worry too much, I was in kinda similar situation during my time, I also learnt all these skills in my MBA time only, college will groom you properly just be dedicated in the process. All the best!

5-6 saal ka gap h to MbA me problem aayegi, coaching kholna better rhega in my opinion for making an earning

Salary har field me hoti h dost, mba wala rasta comparitvely kafi chota rhega for earning wahi mbbs wale raste me aapko kafi time lgega till you reach a decent salary.

Depends ki interest kisme h, management me ya fir techincal role me. Tech also has good money these days due to tech and AI revolution. Baki after MBA to fir management side of business h, and paisa udhar bhi sahi h.

@@crazy6822 Then I would suggest start by reading about all the topics and fields you like currently, eventually you'll be able to shortlist which one you like the most. It's a detailed question though, I will try bringing a video on this.

I’m actually preparing for CAT with a full time job as a data analyst work from home which pays me around 55k in hand. I did my graduation from IHM Hyderabad Bsc hotel management and then did a course to get this job. I have 2+ years of experience as a data analyst and currently I’m 23. The reason I thought of an mba is because my bachelors degree is irrelevant and it would be difficult in future to switch jobs. Do you think I should go for an mba or will it be better to continue working and switching jobs to reach a good salary

Ek baar work experience build hojata h jb, then mostly no one cares about what you did in your graduation, you can easily switch jobs based on your experience, you don't need an MBA for that. But to switch fields in future, like data anlyst se marketing ya operations me aane ka mood hota h maybe, ya fir management side me enter krna hai then an MBA would make sense.
I was thinking of doing mba in business analytics. It is related to my current job role and I’m hoping it would give me better job security. Because if i get layed off now it would be very difficult to find a new job as a data analyst since my degree is irrelevant and i have just 1.5 years pf experience as a data analyst that too in a startup.
Being a fresher with 1 year gap, should i join iim Sirmaur this year?

@@AbhishekSinghal-f9hWithout workex 95+ for general and with workex even 90+ should work but much safer to score higher coz. a higher score will mean a higher CS score. Again workex doesn't guarantee you a shortlist but I myself have shortlists at 91.28, that's why I can say this

Bht sare factors pe depend krti h ye cheez, sirf tech and non tech ke basis pe you can't say. Kind of company, kind of product, kind of role, in sb ka major role hota h work life balance me.

Complete your CA first and then after few years of working or even just after cracking CA, you can start preparing for CAT.

Its good, they have recently implemented some new placement practices where you are allowed to sit for other companies even if you have an offer in hand and multiple other new policies have been brought which currently very few b schools are doing.

@@ragi2761 Brand to obviously IIM Lucknow hi bda h, but IIM udaipur is doing great too placement wise and IIM tag udhar bhi mil rha h, long term me only IIM tag matter krega 10 years down the line, lucknow ya udaipur utna matter nhi krega. Short term me kr skta h but then again ABM program ke baad job agriculture ki field me milne ke chances jyada rhenge, if that's fine then you can choose IIM L else udaipur
