Before becoming Chartered Engineer,I thought about MBA from IIM,as my uncle studied there but I am an engineer...chose to stay in my field,used to do a govt job for few years,and I quit....became a govt. contractor. My MBA friends tell me the scenario they face everyday,they are sad to see the freedom I am having. Good eye opening video indeed.

I am 12th pass neet aspirant
I have two option
Doing b.pharma , then m.pharma (this m.pharma is completed when i am 29)
Then sit for pharmaceutical company...start my career at 30 in private pharmaceutical company (starting salary may be 60-70k but increase gradually)
My cousin she is 32/33.. starting her job at 25/26 with 50k per month.. ....now at 33 she have a package of 30LPA
She also said ..she help me in Every step like reference in company 🥺
2nd option is
Doing bsc nursing..after this you have two option...
A. Clear norcet and become GOVT nurse at aiims (govt job 7hrs duty , 8leave in a month , 6 times 12 hrs duty in a month)
Salary - 85k starting
B option...after bsc nursing..doing msc nursing..then for becoming nursing teacher in college (govt) you need atleast 3 years of experience in teaching..
After 3 yrs of experience you can apply for govt professor at govt colleges
Salary - 80-90k starting
I will speak from MBA guide perspective. First you will need to get a graduate degree. hopefully 3yrs during which you can prepare for MBA exams. That can really propel your career. There are scores of mbbs who are now MBA.. a thing to ponder.
sir mere maths and physics me kam no. hai jise mere %age down ho kar 79 ho gaye hai toh me improvement dunga dono subj me so i can improve my %age but problem is marksheet pe improvement applied likha hoga so i was asking ki koi dikkat toh nahi placement ya cat me kyuki interviewer toh grill karega hi marks par but placements me toh koi problem nahi hogi na.

Being a nice guy syndrome or this kindness like a person who never complain about this work,health and always be in yes sir yes sir attitude & giving 100 n 10% in that job & doing his job with full honesty n sincerely but still these managerial officials always scolding us and due to that I always be in fear mood and due to that I m not able to express myself confidently in front of managers due to that they think i m dumb and on the other side the staff with me during job are already very smart in terms of work EX / work profile etc. No matter how much better I delivered I always failed in front of other colleagues, there is very cut throat competition even in a team amoung staff members.
I also notice one thing in these days.
No matter how much work you did or not but point is matters that how you reporting to your manager about your work.
In these days work is zero & all you have to do is reporting of this and that regarding your job.
Indirectly one who does reporting and boot licking ultimately will be nearer to manager.
Being an Honest employee is sucks in this Era.

sir i have very bad Academic profile... 69/70/65 Bcom hons grad.. 1year Gap after Grad... and started a job of 12k pay just because i don't want 2 year gap for Cat24... If i score good and go to tier2 Mba college and then By Switching and hikes can i make my Salary good??
