replacing black vinegar with white vinegar completely changes the taste of the dish though - Chinese black vinegar is not just acidic like white vinegar, it has a strong, unique funky flavour it’s not that expensive, plus you can buy it in every Asian store or online so I strongly recommend getting it, you can use the rest for noodles or a dipping sauce for dumplings

He does this swapping deliberately and then rates them badly to make people comment on what he did wrong. He has done it in most of his videos. People still somehow defend him with arguments which don't even remotely make sense.
