32:38 is that the sound of the machine of outlast 2? Does that mean that this game's facility is in the same desert location from the second game? Also because I remember that the facilities that were seen in the distance in the second game were near the lake section.

Sinyala Is radio tower
Had some bad rng on my first Reagent Release. Took first box left then got halfway down the hall and the big guy 1 shot the barricaded door earlier than normal and I took a hit. Later had 2 radio spawn locations that were camped by 2 large enemies patrolling, no bottles/bricks that I could find, while running a stun rig loadout instead of blind. Then to top it off, my router decided to reset half way thru.
You right. The Sinyala facility in Outlast Trials is very close to the village in Outlast 2. If you look at the "Failed escape" pictures in the evidence you can see the same tower there from Outlast 2.
The sound and the light are similar to the light and sound from Murkoff radio towers ?!

While it is early access, I have to say, it’s the best early access game I have played yet. No crashes and teaming up with friends is buttery smooth.
