Jamyang Norbu is one of the most well-known writers in the exile Tibetan world. He started writing in the early 1970s and has written numerous articles on Tibetan history, culture, exile politics and China's Tibet policies. He has also authored books like The Mandala of Sherlock Holmes, Buying the Dragon's Teeth, Warriors of Tibet, Illusion and reality, and Rangzen Charter. Jamyang Norbu says that the most important quality of a writer is to be true to oneself.

I am the second type of reader. I agree with some of his claims and assumptions while I disagree with some and comment and critique on them. Overall, I believe the space for intellectual debate should be there and there shouldn't be absurd dismissal of discourse by bringing in boundaries of conventionalism.

It's too early to criticize our exile government Mr jayang norbu la. I do respect your inner feeling but a wrong time now..you will have planty of time to criticize when Tibet becomes free from China....
