Only gripe with this game is the hit registration and consistency, other than that I love this game and I'm very addicted
Totally agree with you. Also, the camera angle when fighting against a wall or building is awful. It should zoom out so you can see who is attacking you instead of staying zoomed in on the stupid wall.
I just dont like how scrubby the superstar is. Like i could win/read 3 interactions in a row but then u pop super and grab me ONCE im dead.

Absolutely. The hitboxes or tracking of some moves just get totally bonked depending on server/player stability. And not just a little bit. I swear, I had vicious moves missing when I basically went through the enemy.

This is super fun content to watch! I know that Rumblverse isnt really a traditional fighting game or anything, but it could definitely be the gateway to traditional fighting games for a lot of players.
As long as Max is having fun playing, im having fun watching.

Me watching this and actually giving dolphin dive a chance, just changed my damage output insanely. Definitely a must if you use grabs
The one thing that makes this game so enjoyable compared to other BRs is the TRAVERSAL. you can get from point a to b in a matter of seconds if you know what youre doing. Matches can zoom by and god its fun

All the Rumbleverse stuff is great, but I hope that Max and the gang play some more Naraka Bladepoint as well. Both really cool melee battle royales.
I'm just waiting for Fortnite to do one so that when Terry comes out he can play No Build and No Gun. The base parts are pretty good if they just added in abilities like here and parries they could seriously compete.

I’ll be honest, I actually have a lot of fun with this game. More fun than I think I’ve ever had in any other battle royale
I love this game; but my biggest gripe is that the dodge has to long of a recovery. I’ve lost so many fights because I was stumbling for so long.
I don't know man, IMO the dodge is really strong. It can even evade strikes. When in doubt, dodge. I think the game is in a pretty good state balance wise so far. They just need to tidy up the hit registration and lag before we can really get a good understanding of what needs to be tweaked.
@@luvenpelagius1072 I know it’s good. I’m saying that it takes to long to get out of the dodge. It’s like you stumble and have to rebalance yourself every time and it takes a second to long.

@@CapcomSwagg I'm not mashing, I time it well, but I can't counterattack fast enough. And it's not the get up dodge; it's the regular dodge.
The long recovery is there for balance tbh, Dodge is there to counter grabs, and a safe card for strikes. Long recovery makes it so that you can't retaliate against strikes but it's short enough to retaliate against grabs. If you could always retaliate anything out of the dodge then spacing and blocking will be obsolete.
This game is so fun to watch it is nuts! The grabs and the unexpected moments are some if the hype right there!
Imagine if somebody did a Mortal Kombat looking like this. With all the cartoonish gore you can imagine. I'd be all over that.

You just make to play a bit more, you'll get better. Also, sometimes you get unlucky with stupid shit like 4 people hitting you over and over until you are dead. The hit registration is a bit off sometimes but that's a lag issue.
For as far as I can tell the game doesn't have a super high skill ceiling as other BRs like Fortnite and Apex. But it might be too early to tell. I got my ass whooped as well the first day or two but it gets more fun when you start to understand all the moves and mechanics.

Always jump when you do the vicious mist! When you land you can throw them into a wall after that..Then you can sumo slap(if they hit the wall use sumo slap or whatever your second skill is again)....most times they'll hit the wall again but with invincibility....if that, jump and land a split second after them with the elbow drop and it'll confirm because the I frames end once they land on the ground. Free easy elbow drop.

16:04 That's a very good question I had myself several times. Very often I fight with a dude in a good back and forth, they get me, and suddenly has full health when I spectate.

Been grinding this since day one and I'm enjoying it, though I have a couple of gripes. 1) TTK. It takes FOREVER to kill someone especially if they're good at blocking/dodging and it makes the final circle a constant clusterfk. There shouldn't be double digit people left in that small-ass final circle. I feel I'm constantly about to get 3rd, 4th or 5th partied, like I need my head on a swivel. Which wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for... 2) The camera. Normally, not too bad, but get near a wall and RIP. 3) Hit reg/random lag around certain players. When the connection is good, the game is GOOD. It sucks seeing a group of rumblers going at it, dashing in to join the melee, then immediately having to break off because you start lagging due to someone having potato internet. Even worse, getting into it with someone, connecting with two of my unblocked basic strikes only to have the hit reg take a dump and suddenly I'm getting grabbed out of my strike string. If they can work on those things this'll probably end up as my main game.
definetly, but i do think the third problem will be away soon, considering the game is becoming pretty popular so they can afford better servers maybe and other stuff.

an ad started during a tense part of the first match and there was a split second where i thought the game crashed on me again even though im watching someone else play haha
Hit boxes need a big fix in this game but the game is still so fun

I would like to see in this game next uptdates collaboration with wwe, imagine having the possibility to create for example the undertaker, shawn michaels, stone cold ecc. And adding some of their special moves that aren't already in game. I can't think a modern game that would fit this better then rumbleverse, they have to do this the game is so fun it would fit perfectly

Car bounce grabs only do slightly more damage to get a true damage increase off of from the sky grabs you have to eat more damage protein

Hey max, I've noticed you don't really know what a few perks do. Mainly 'the burn' it allows you to drink protein pods to heal aswell as using chicken
