Well, I think that D4C:LT is the strongest stand (even without spec), it is actually impossible to beat if D4C:LT user pretty skilled (this stand is actually spamming shit). GER and C-Moon are the best stands for newbies, they are actually so unfair with hamon or vamp
I actually did a test and if we are going by on paper then d4c:Lt wins. Ps: the world over heaven is stronger in a fight dange wise but d4c:Lt is just you can never approach me because you are constantly fighting ai's as I do damage to you make myself invincible and hide in a different dimension. But there both good. I've had them both actually
