i personally dont find it offensive if they really cant distinguish us asians (after many times trying) because they probably dont see too many asians around them so theyre not used to the facial structures. i also have met a lot of asian people who cant distinguish white people as well lmao. so its all about exposure i guess. if you're open minded and willing to learn new things, soon it will get easier to actually realize that each person is different

One time I was scrolling though instagram and my brother standing behind me asked "Is that a photo of me?" but it was from Ollie's instagram. I wish I could share a photo, the resemble is uncanny but I never thought my brother looked like Ollie until he said it.
