Ollie has an incredible talent for narrating blurbs.
You can really see Ollie's dad side showing by the way he reads that blurb on the back of that package. There's so much enthusiasm, you'd think he was reading a bedtime story to Juno

Microwave carrot cake recipe 🍰 🥕:
- 1 egg
- 4tbsp brown sugar
- 2tbsp melted butter
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- 6tbsp flour
- 1 small carrot, grated
- microwave for about 90 seconds or so (700 watts)
- top with cream cheese frosting and enjoy 😋
I’ve been literally eating this 3-4 times a week since quarantine started.. don’t wanna think how much carrots I’ve consumed 😂

Do not fill your container over 50%. DO NOT. Trust me. You'd rather it raise then explode.
Microwave until you see the cake raise, then 30 minute intervals until whatever you poke in it, comes out without cake batter attached. Then leave for ~1 minute so you don't burn your hands, and it finishes cooking.
