Those rubber covers are to protect the feed lips. They’re under a lot more spring tension than regular mags and that’s why the molle pouches being sold are all padded and therefore more expensive than a plain old SAW pouch. Another cheap option is a 200rd saw pouch and a padded NVG insert.
Any of the USGI canteen MOLLE pouches will work. I bought a couple used ones on ebay cheap. I was also looking for a D60 pouch last year and discovered they pit perfect in my canteen pouch.
