    Wow! Years ago I remember people taking photographs of people with a special camera to capture their aura. Seemed "woo-woo" at the time but they said the aura is the energy your own body makes that the naked eye cannot see.
    Some healthy people would generate a very vivid aura and some people who were not as healthy made a weaker, more dim aura. 😮
    So now this all makes sense!

      Personally I think it is more about what you put in your body. Like smoking one needs to avoid alcohol, and processed foods. I’m a 62 year old fair skinned female, and have recently had two separate people amazed at my age. They both said, “You have no wrinkles.” I do not avoid the sun, in fact I purpose to get sunlight on my skin and “photons in my eyeballs” as I call it. I do use lanolin and tallow for protection and moisturizer on my skin. They both are similar to the sebum we lose after we age. If I am exposed for long periods of time especially near water, I will use a zinc oxide based sunscreen. I also believe eating more foods with complete amino acid profile will also help one’s skin. I supplement with collagen, glycine, and MSM for my joints, but they are also helping my skin. I don’t use any fancy products on my face and either.

    I learned from an old timer as a kid over 50 years ago., get full sun early in spring and build a “base tan” and you/I will never need sun tan lotion and will never burn, he was right, I never burn and stay in the sun all day long.
    I also learned that cigarette smokers are the ones that get wrinkles and a poor diet and alcohol mixed with sun also creates a bad side effect of the sun rays.

    Blood sugar de-regulation , is the result of incorrect "timing" of nutrients or lack thereof. Foods all have different "Charges", these frequencies which are in essence information packets of electromagnetic radiation. Morning sunlight exposure while grounded synchronizes both the light and the electrics to signal ALL metabolic process. This goes much deeper but light from the Sun is only part of the recipe,not all of it. Planetary influences all biology. You cannot study sunlight or Lunar influences in a lab. You can note the effects of some reactions but the "Time" when you observe any test is of the UTMOST importance. Alexis seems to be surpassing Kruse in her ability to create a wide spectrum perspective on this topic and i suspect she will be one of the most balanced messengers of light. The main reason you don't see many studies i because you cannot package up and sell mother nature. Forget light panels, The problem of a modern lifestyle is that everyone os asking how to mitigate the damage. It's like fitting a square peg in a round hole. Pain and suffering are the "evidence" your lifestyle is not working for you. Tht is the cause, the rest will always be at best a band aid. You either pick up more energy that you use or you are aging..period.

    • @wcbibb
      @wcbibb Před 13 hodinami

      It was a metaphor. The light sends messages to cell organelles; it does not create heat or substitute for food. That is an overly literal reading of what she said.
      The ADP-ATP cycle and stimulation of stem cells are examples of effects of photobiomodulation. Mitochondria evolved to provide a substitute in animals for photosynthesis used by plants. Calories are a measure of heat produced by burning.
      If you get no sunlight, you will eventually die or be very sick.
      The effect of light on mitochondria has been known to science for a long time.
      Medical uses of various types of light are known as photobiomodulation. There is no theory about many medical uses.
