Excellent presentation. This feels like a return to the less formal style of Matt and Summer rather than the overly slick, speedy-edits of Luxury Home Show. Hope you continue this way.
Thanks Alex, this was definitely similar to the original Matt & Summer style tours 😆😎 Thanks for watching -Summer
Agreed I love this style video
I loved the sconces in the first home, but the second one was nicer. The layout was cozy and functional and I preferred the finishes.
If you really need this house you can start an investment plan in our company to own this house in few months. Thank you
@@BarratSheltonnice
Are these prices fixed?
You have to get on well with your neighbours with that dividing fence. A proper set of fencing required. My wife just loves the "hidden" utility room.
We can provide you with your taste, thank you
For those not familiar with Birmingham (Solihull), there are some days of the year when they have no rain at all
Loved these houses!! Personally I prefer the second, it was a lot cozier and felt more homely. The only downside for me is the gardens. There is absolutely no privacy in them at all.
I prefer the second one....
I wanted to like the first as adored the kitchen, but the entryway of the second and it feels more homely in the layout/design.
But I did love the show on the first and kitchen a little more.... Overall second wins my vote.
I was thinking the same thing
if i was rich and could afford it, i’d go for the second house. I liked both but I prefer the layout and it feels more homely than the bigger one. I’d definitely add some colour to the interior as well
That’s not a garden, that’s a field. Super beautiful. Excellent presentation and yes I was definitely watching this in my bath 😂❤❤❤
Very nice houses but for the price I would not wish them to be so close together personally. Plus have to have internal access to the garage which one of the houses does not have and at the price level I expect a double garage not single.
I agree with you, we have this at a cheap price. Thank you
it was originally 1 plot and got split to max out return
Stunning house. Love the black doors and bannister.
These houses are beautiful. I love the floorplan of the 2nd house.
😍
Do you need something like this?
Loved this video Matt & Summer, both great houses. I’m back from New Zealand currently living in Solihull and loving the area. Wonderful family homes. So much to do here. 👌Solihull, Shirley, Knowle is fantastic 👌loved your previous tours of the houses in the area a few years back before you went to southern hemisphere.
Thoroughly enjoyed this video. Loved the comparisons. Always a joy seeing you both (Matt and Summer).🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Nice to see both of you back for another tour! Excellent job professionally executed.
No it wasn't
Lovely tours. Amazing job. Great to see you both! 🥰💐
The first house is a lot of house for the price, and it's esthetically very pleasing with the design (except the pantry & living room door openings), materials & color palette 👏🏼.
P. S. really enjoy both of yours casual presentation style 👍🏻, so keep up the good work.
Manifesting that this is a similar concept for my near future house. Amen 🙏🏽🙏🏽😍😍😍😍
Good morning, if you dream it then you can have it. You can start an investment plan in our company so you can own this house in few months. Thank you
@@BarratShelton wow interesting, how do I contact the company or website of any sorts? Would love to make my dream a reality really soon🥰🙏🏽
Your presentation was seamless. I enjoyed the tour. Thank you both.
These are 2 amazing homes! Superb episode!
a very gorgeous twin home tour! Thanks Tom Summer ♥
You'd expect a full height fence to create more private garden at that price point surely?
The floor tiles are stunning
Wow finally a british house with good taste interior design..love it
Really? It's a nice nice house
Very nice house (both) but way to much glamour imho. To much Silver polished unpractical stuff. To much work to clean and polish .
I preferred the second house, the layout was better and more spacious. However, I’m really not keen on all the black. Black furnishings and also black finishes, it’s way to much and reminds of the late eighties early ninety’s when everything was black then 🤷♀️
Lol, everyone has their own taste we can provide you with your taste if you want. Thank you
if i was rich and could afford this house i’d get the second one and definitely add colour to it. It looks nice already but i think adding colour and character to it would make it much nicer
You should take a look at Little Fulford Farm, just down the road, in 6 acres of land, indoor pool, much bigger property and at 2M not a lot more than either of these
Wow I was blown away by this home and developers spec. Just too far from SW London but one to watch. Second one for me!
Great presentation as usual.
A lot of us want to get away from London and it’s over priced everything lol, Birmingham would be my choice as very similar lifestyle and things to do, great city, very green etc. but much cheaper, so this is ideal ❤
Definetly this over the london small apartments
Definitely get more for your money 💸💸 -Summer
Loved evevrything about this home, one of the best viewings yet 🤩
I preferred the first house, I'm not keen on the furnishings, just not my taste however, very beautiful houses guys and really well presented, thank you 😊
If I start saving money now, I can buy that house when I'm 350 years old.
I loved it when you added floor plans to some houses
First house. Classier kitchen for the money. Not fussed on a single garage though. Anyone who can afford these homes will have at least 3 cars. Beautifully designed and appointed homes guys.
glad to see you back summer
I like this house but whomever funished it absolutely missed the aesthetic of the house, its inbuilt appliances and funishings are such a warm, beige, scandi look and theyve thrown in 2010s black and silver glamour furniture and lighting fittings 😂
Are all of the new homes in the UK designed so with so much bling? Seems like there's a posh starter kit for new money types. PS that's not paneling in the front living room but looks to be painted trim pieces picked up at a local Brico if I'm honest
I dont care about London I'm def moving out! wow😍😍😍
One thing tho, I don't see why the toilet wasn't put in a small cubicle tho. There's enough space to separate the toilet with a small window for privacy when you're doing your thing and someone also having a soak etc. The bath tap, walk in shower and both sinks can stay in one large room. Otherwise the rest was fabulous.
The kitchen is just enormous.
Absolutely beautiful, I like both of them so wouldnt be able to decide. X
Beautiful house! No denying that! It’s all academic for me, as probably most people, but at nearly 2 million quid think I’d want more than just 4 bedrooms! As for central London, honestly, it ain’t all that!
i love the second house! ♥️
Do you need it?
@@BarratShelton maybe in the future.
@@desiitrianii you can start your investment plan now with our company so you can own this In few months
I had doubts, before you start tour house it’s an amazing house
I actually liked the second houses downstairs more than the first.. also like£ there principle sweat too but this want to pay more for all the rooms to have on sweat I’d also love the principle to have a little balcony instead of Juliet
Beautiful homes, I also like a bathtub bathroom for the principle suite. The backyard is gorgeous.
Nice houses 🏘. I love the interior design 👌🏿 👍🏿
We can provide you with it. Thank you
I love the exterior design of these kind of british homes, but i absolutely despise the interior design. The furniture always looks so tacky to me, as if they are trying too hard. Much prefer the interior design of US homes.
Very beautiful one of my favorite ❤️
Definitely House number one, with Main Suite of number 2.
Love the channel matt & summer
Beautiful property…if only I had the money!
Is there a floorplan available please?
This 🏠 is amazing
I can imagine these homes appealing to an American buyer who finds themselves relocated to the UK. The only things that an American buyer might wince about are the lack of a 2 car garage and the lack of cabinetry storage in the bathrooms. Homes at this price point in most of the USA would have very large bathrooms with loads of storage.
I personally like the 2nd home best. Of course, a house at this price in California will not be luxurious at all and surprisingly small in comparison.
elles sont très belles toutes les deux ces maisons !
I have to agree with the lady. Ground floor in the first one and first floor in second one.
Both houses, developer lacking with the starcase popping through the ceiling at 14:15.
Wonderful house love it
Do you need it?
Very good presentation. HOw ever, I am not into black or grey as I find them not 'welcoming' colours. Warm colours would have probably been better.
As a South African, I love this❤
We can provide you with this at a cheap rate. Where do you want to have your house?
Classic developer infilling replacing one old house on a large plot with two modern ones.
Attractive houses built very close together, so getting on with your neighbour is essential.
There is more space there than most houses in the UK, I’m sure the owners of each will be fine with the amount of private space they have lol
I agree, while the rear garden is a superb size and lends itself to all manner of uses (I would expect to be more than 6ft away from my neighbours) especially in a suburban location.
Lovely houses , only the small garages let them down . For that price I’d expect a double
Really surprised the houses only have single garages. I hated the furniture I thought it looked awful. Not at all cosy. Footballers wives style! It could look really stunning.
Both house are beautiful by I like #2 much more.
really beautiful homes how could i find the floor plans, quite interested?
Be a long time b4 they sell. The garden has no privacy. Paying that much you really don't want to be looking into your neighbours.
Second house is my favourite ❤
Well seems a lot of people didn't like .. I did looks all nice and clean cut, and i liked the furniture like the 1st house better .. Bigger is better .. The thing that put me off, was they were too close together I'd like a bigger gap. And if I did have one the the first thing I'd do is put up a six foot pluss fence up between the properties.
I like the first floor of the smaller one and the second floor of the larger version.
We can provide you with that at a cheap and profitable rate. Thank you
Beautiful houses, but what I don't like is the flimsy fence separating the 2 gardens; no privacy. Same with the front , no fence just some bushes.
@The luxury home show what’s the estimate with all the furniture?
Hi! Could you please show these type of luxury properties in Greater Manchester area (Bolton, Bury, Wigan, Manchester, Trafford, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Rochdale, Oldham)?
Not a fan of mock tudor I'd make a exception in this case...I prefer the first one as it's more formal and traditional which I like in my mansions...the fit and finish is top shelf and the room proportions are just right... it's just a shame it's in Birmingham!!.
it's in solihull westmidlands just outside Birmingham East and what was wrong with Birmingham away
grey, grey, grey.
My kids say this about our house, my wife just paints everything grey and buys grey furniture!!!😁
It’s like a sickness this grey. Like magnolia in the 1980s. Same with Homes under hammer. Every gaff. Grey. Mental
beautiful house although the ceiling seem to very low on the ground floor
Either of these only having a single garage bay is unacceptable. Three bays should be the absolute minimum for a home this size.
Born and bred from Solihull and this house is me to a tea it’s gorg 🤍😍
Wow I thought US homes were overpriced.... but $2M for a house with a one car garage, no front or side yard, and no walk-in closets is crazy.
Good, straight long to the back, garden background... Let's dream... 🌐🇬🇧❤️
Lovely homes, beautiful external design, and thoughtful layout, the interior design is not in my view helping either home - the garden fence needs to be addressed and should have been solid to the end of the plot, so does the low 4 ft electric gate, that won't stop anyone and security is everything in that area, also a single garage at that price level is just a no no.
The bolt of them lovely but I would take the first fam
Perfect
It's beautiful isn't it! :) - Summer
The only thought going through my mind is How are you supposed to clean that or even ensure it’s clean to the T?
Employ cleaners!.
My dream kitchen
I love it so much too😍 - Summer
Prices pulled out of fresh air
I prefer the house with the WC - I'm not so fond of powder rooms.
At 16:35, you can see how shoddily and uneven those ceiling lights are 😂
The entire interior is a let down garishly grey and black.
Where in Solihull property is situated?
Where is in Solihull and which road?
It's never about the house , location is what it's about , surroundings
2nd home is crzzzzzzyyyyy
I could not imagine how I could utilize all the rooms and spaces in such a big house with dozen of rooms and spaces...hmmm😊...
Prefer the layout of the 2nd house more so, that open plan living room kitchen just wow!! But too much GREY !! talk about 50 shades of grey !!
Is solihull it a city or district in London?
Hi there this still for sale ?
Both properties so close together though
What is it with UK homes ALWAYS making the garage small as fuck? Can barely fit a decent car in to their and then worry about the door hitting the wall!
Take my money now, just take it.
What's your budget?
We can provide you nice houses at cheap price. Thank you
Someone is having a laugh. Cheap components and box ticking interior "design". In Solihull. Hats off to the developers if they manage to get close to this.
What colour are the walls ?
Amazing video guys! Too many adds 😭
God bless
Mashaallah ❤️
