Thanks for the short recap. But yeah Rivalate(Liberate REEEE) are pretty good for long terms Atlas Ex for S4 or survival, Ophistia smol PP(hehe) battery, Trailblazer Decent damage and big PP(hehe) battery but no S4.
The base stats of these weapons do have to be kept into consideration too especially when they get their higher multiplier potentials, as Trailblazer does have very high stats. But yeah, I'll make a small video about Liberate when Global's Episode 6 comes out, it is very good investment because S5 is just stupid OP lol
I play two classes right now but that will be increased to 4 when we get Phantom and Etoile. So that's... jet boots, soaring blades, katana (no bow because I just don't use it for Braver), rifle, wand, rod, a dual sabers... damn that's a lot of weapons I gotta make lol I won't bother with stressing over making a bunch of Atlas EX though now that I know how easily they will be replaced soon. Just gonna stop at Lumiere with most of them. since they're easy to make. And for Trailblazer I only need one Soaring Blades (for both Etoile and Bouncer) and one Katana (for Braver and Phantom). I super love how that's working out for me.
so I have a JT soaring blades for dmg, an atlas EX soaring blades to survive tricky boss fight situations, and a occuld soaring blades if somehow my atlas ex wasnt enough survivability XD~ Can't wait for etoile tho then survivability shouldnt be a problem anymore but Im thinking about making either a wand or dual saber trailblazer then instead of getting another pair of soaring blades. I think it's best for Trailblazer Xion to be a gunblade. At least for first then I will make all the weapon with that. It's best to go with gunblade first as it's all class weapon. I will check what stats it needs first. If its DEX then that sucks... Since only my DEX Braver main can use it... Don't mind me about the DEX mag. I'm just pep for Phantom Class.
I LOVE the style of the ophistia and ill be aiming to get the set for my Hero and Techter. even though techter is getting my atlas EX. ophistia axe is AWESOME looking
Went Atlas EX for my Gunner. Since I started playing during the Ep5 hype last month, farming for it was the easiest procedure. But I'm also working on a Trailblazer rifle for that as well as Phantom. Maybe gonna work on a rod too for one of my alts. And the free Atlas EX gunblade we got will go nicely when Luster shows up.
What I like about Atlas Ex with Lifesteal is that you can get another ability on it [Hopefully soon on Global] is Vigor Enhancement. Which increases (ANY) healing by 10%. So lifesteal 30 HP a hit plus that extra 10% gives you 42 a hit. Hero or Gunner TMGs with this are living HP Batteries.
I recently invested in the Atlas EX bow and jet boots because I had good augments on both of those, and it was more accessible to create with them being cheaper in terms of the boosters you ca an get and the crafting materials needed. Ares weapons have been hard to obtain without being able to use the ares stones we get like JP has to exchange for them. I do want to get the Trailblazer series, but its a bit off because those materials are barely out right now.
Really helpful video ^^. Since we only have one stone (for now), I will make Trailblazer gunblade first since I'm playing multiple classes. Not to mention I don't have enough mesetas to burn for affixing both Trailblazer and Liberate.
Glad I could help! A lot of everything will definitely also be easier to obtain in the future, so you should consider saving for them too-- But do note that it's more important to get the weapons rather than getting good affixes on them!
I went from LONG Term ophistia and just created a beast of a rivalate rifle. This is my end game weapon now. I cannot go through creating the last couple to come. Not a hope lol!
Me and a friend were just discussing which is the best upgrade path to go right now and for the future so this timing is perfect. Also with the road to ep 6 campaign ill definitely be grabbing the atlas wand for etoile since Ill be switching that to my main, and I already have the jupiter tullus to keep until we get liberate and I can upgrade to a better version of the tullus. Ill most likely look into a trailblazer double sword since that will be my lesser used weapon of the 3.
Got a question regarding the Atlas EX affixes. Currently i main a Ra/Hu, also i recently affixed the free 6s Atlas Ex and i'm wondering if it was a bad idea to ditch the S4 augment? Hopefully i can get some opinions this. The affixes that i decided to go for are, S1 augment will S2 goliath S3 aggressive will Astral soul Mana reverie Grand precision Great video btw, wish i watched it sooner lol.
long term investment wise i'd just choose none of them, and just use the Atlas EX from the event to go straight for the stil weapon and invest on that which i can later just transfer all dem sweet augments on a cras weapon, but that's just me. Save those money on glams :p

as a jp player and na player, I recommend saving meseta and not to spend on a Ophistia or Atlas Ex, its good you get the Trailblazer(Lightstream) wich is now the strongest weapon for now, but if you want to affix the Trail, dont spend meseta on a 200 attack affix, you should stay with a good 120 or 140 affix until you get Darkbanisher series( ep 6 last weapon from the final boss wich i won't say because the spoiler) i recommend affixing Trail units and stay with it until it get a evolution for 13 star units wich it will come out when persona gets UH eq, save meseta when the last abilities came out, don't spend meseta on unnecesary things like fashion or buying a weapon from a second hand, just farm what you need to farm and thats all, unless you are a billionaire.
I was thinking on working on trailblazer weapon but i have yet to decide which one... Or just making another atlas ex and wait for buffs. Now, atlas ex is viable on fiet? Or should i just chill with Gunblade until luster release on NA?
Great video. A question: aiming for Ph Rifle I'm in need of PP related stuff: since there's lot of that in this video, how should i move myself? I'm taking the Atlas Ex s4 Photon V Adaptation from the partisan to the rifle, but is there any weapon that would do better than that? Forgive my inexperience, I'm just seeing random new stuff coming at me at hyperspeed and I'm not that rich meseta wise, plus the 0 meseta event is around the corner and i wanted to get advantage of it.
For Phantom Rifle specifically, you will want the S4 called in JP "Calming Intent", which increases your normal attack damage by 13%. Your normals do higher damage than your PAs in cases, it's very important for Ph Rifle. But again, regardless of SSA it's more important to get the actual weapons rather than affixing, as you can always reaffix any time really. You can put on just cheap SSAs, and replace them later as well.
Well it also strongly depends on the class tho. As Techter i already have very powerfull PP and PP regeneration so Trailblazer isnt THAT important for Techters. We are up front with the enemy anyway and refill our PP by hitting stuff. The only abilitys i need my PP for are: Deband,Shifta,Resta,Anti,Heavy Hammer (movement) and Zanverse. So going out of PP as Techter is almost not possible. So as Techter i would recommend using the Atlas Weapon until you the end game weapons of Ep6 arise.
So if i'm gonna play Etoile, which of the 3 weapons should be Trailblazer? I have 2 Atlas EX(SB and JB) that i'm going to convert to Etoile Weapons, and i'm working towards a Trailblazer that i think i will have to convert because its an SB.

Should users invest into the trailblazer units or are the Ofzeterious units viable? I'm trying to plan out my units for phantom and the 20pp set bonus is....very tempting.
Just making sure for Ophistia, Ketos is Cetus Proi right? Like you said it's fine for alts and I made one for an alt I like playing when I'm not on my main. My Atlas EX TMG is a PP battery lol. S1 Luminous Grace S2 Luminous Grace S3 Luminous Grace 2 S4 Lifesteal Strike Still does a decent damage but I use it for pp battery most of the time and for lazy dps.
I apologize for the lack of my full knowledge on the NA-localized names, but for the Photon Blasts it is any of the one in the family - Assuming that Ketos is translated to Cetus, you could use anything that starts with Cetus, whether it be Cetus Proi, Cetus Imera, or Cetus Nifta, and the like, it will produce exactly the same effect.

my opinion is s3 lumnious grace 2 is enough, it also cheap in the market. Too much natural PP is not really useful. You can combine it with PP Reduction 2 for s1. And you also need precision will for s2 if you have high damage and it also cheap on the market.
I'd already made Atlas EX Jet Boots and wasn't going to get one of these 3 for my Soaring Blades (I have Jupiter non-redux), but my first Persona dropped the 14* Soaring Blades. Guess I'm making a Trailblazer...

Would you say it's worth making a Trailblazer Gunblade so that all your classes can use a PP battery? I literally have every class at 90 and I like to play them all and we only have 1 stone so it seems like it might be a good idea for me. Seems a lot cheaper than making a ton of Ophistia weapons. What do you think?
Making a Gunslash is perfectly fine if you plan to only use it for the utility. And even then, today I still use a Trailblazer (Lightstream) Gunslash for my Luster, so it'll last you that's for sure!

So... right now, I have the Atlus EX weapon (as a Techter), so I should also go and make the Trailblazer Weapon... And the easiest way to do that... is to get the 14* Starquake Xion weapon from the market? That, my good sir, I can do.
I personally don't go for 8s unless I have a lot of money to spare for some reason, otherwise 7s is my recommended as it's easily done and very accessible
if liberate comes out, you better make one atleast (especially gunblade). Why? because it's potential is strong (increase crit, power, and decrease pp consumption, means higher dps) and it's the first weapon that have s5 slot in it (FYI, s5 is really strong especially from gunblade's SAF, which is gives you more crit rate and +1% power + lifesteal for max 30 everytime your crit damage is triggered). every liberate weapon have it's own SAF (which is related to class except successor), while novel gives you sentence triple (+30 ATK)
@@espadko No problem. The trailblazers weapons will be replaced in a few weeks by episode 6 wepons, but you can still use it as a way to generate a lot of pp then because of its ability.
@@Gat720Dua PSO2 gives you devices to level up your mag, you can get it all the way to max level without even using all of the devices. If you happen to mess up yoou can purchase a "mag level down" device from the Excube shop for 5 excubes. Class boosts are permanent class-wide stat boosts that you get from levelling up classes. Each basic class you get to level 75 grants a Title. Once you acquire the title you'll get a permanent stat buff. Each class gives a different buff. Here's a table prnt.sc/vt4ymq
So afraid of augmenting, even though I reached close to 1k hours in JP (now I play NA) I never reached end game until now on my na account (in less than 40 hours lol..) Researching really helped me see the depth of this game but augmenting will always be scary
So wait, if I use an Ophistia weapon with Julius PB on an Etoile that has a 75% damage reduction already, I am going to get a 90% damage reduction? That's insane! That makes it almost impossible to die! LOL!
@@Rem694u2 sry that was wrong comment xd but yeah ophistia weapon is pretty outdated and weak compared to the other 2 weapon (atlas and trailblazer). As for etoile, u have a passive that reduce dmg by 70% and etoile's boost which gives additional 15% everytime u get hit. so even without any dmg reduction gear, etoile is already super tanky

None really, they'll all be replaced in two weeks with Episode 6 and Liberate. Plus everybody got a free Atlas Ex that will last until they get Liberate.
@@bloody4558 Phantom is not the only class in the game you know? That aside Liberate is just baseline flat stronger than Ophistia, Atlas EX or Trailblazer. Numbers are simply higher.
@@linksow5331 Numbers are less important than potential and percentual damage. Liberate is only superior in base stats if you have Phantom as your class. If you fully affixed your Lightstream/Trailblazer and added it's S1 into the mix, Liberate is perfectly skippable. Like I said Phantom mains. I'm not dissing on the weapon. Etoile mains or Etoile sub users, Hero mains or any other class combination other than anything with PH can easily, easily go for Liberate. As the weapon is generally superior in everything when the 20% crit is relevant
@@linksow5331 THe difference between Liberate and Lightstream is less than 200 S-ATK. Liberate can go up to 23% Damage bonus in it's Potential, Lightstream can go up to 20, but Lightstream has access to Strike Boost, which can grant 6% damage when using the Ideal setup Turning that 20% into 26%, you can get 17% reduced pp on S2 ability. The difference in damage is negligible unless the weapon has a good S4 ability. But since we're talking about Phantom here, only the Rod would have a real use for it. Katana's s4 is trash, Rifle's s4 is equally trash, the S5s are good but they are better used on Braver, as for the rifle side, the extra attack is ok, and it's more on the utility side. Anyway the difference is not big enough to justify rushing to changing your weapon to it, you can wait for Darkbanisher Ayer, and eventually Lightweaver Cras, those ones will give a substiantial boost. Like I said this is for Phantom, you will make the change to Liberate on all other classes. Like Etoile for example. Unlike on katana which grants bonuses to Braver abilties. Dual Blades get an s5 that affects the weapon directly. Liberate DB is 100% superior to Lightstream in every way, even accounting for the Strike boost Lightstream has.

As for the Atlas Ex being the best of the three I REALLy disagree. If you play Soaring Blades Bouncer or Braver in general the Atlas EX only brings survivability, but nothing else to the table, but both classes don't really have a hard time surviving anyway. Lightstream will easily, easily increase your damage much more than anything Atlas EX. Not only that, for Assault Rifles the only S4 you will want is the S4 lifsteal, but you don't even need it because Rifle has good and lengthy I-frames in the form of Impact Slider, and other crafted PAs, or even that one sniper move no one uses. It vastly depends on weapon type really. Some weapon types have powerful S4, some don't. Even Jet boots favors Lightstream more, and the only reason I don't go for Lightstream on it is lack of materials, which is why I'm going Atlas EX.
Just wait for global to get the really good S4 affixes (Raising Pursuit, which deals 250k damage every few seconds). I assure you Atlas EX will be better- especially for braver (S4 that increases damage by 6% but lowers crit rate by 50%- which isn't a problem for braver since you can easily reach 150% crit rate with phantom sub).

Remember, trailblazer has that exclusive S1 that increases your damage by at least 5% so long as you have 200 S-atk, with 260 affixed to the weapon you'll have 6% without that crit chance loss. Meanwhile you'll have the Liberate weapon that gains access to S4 AND S5 S-abilities.
@@bloody4558 That S1 isn't even exclusive to Trailblazer. You can transfer it to the Atlas as well but, not really worth imo since its kinda expensive to affix 260 atk just for an extra 1-2% damage (cuz there are other S1s that give 4% unconditional damage so you only really gain 1-2% from the trailblazer S1). Plus, you're not considering that the S4 is on top of the S1 anyway so your point is kinda invalid. But well, either way, doesn't really matter too much since both of those will be outdated pretty soon with Liberate, Stil, Cras coming in ep6.
@@Stahl-Grim It is exclusive considering the affixing costs you'll endure just to make your Atlas have the affix, more importantly because of the S4 you'll have way less slots to even reach the 200 S-atk on your Atlas Ex, it's just not worth it.
austere isnt that great, more of a budget upgraded Nemesis / Slave BUT reallyyyy easy to get and cheap for alts / noobs Atlas EX is better htan Austere and easy to get. Lightstream is best Liberate is hmmm Primodial weapon = the true endgame weapon.

Forgive my inexperience, I'm just seeing random new stuff coming at me at hyperspeed and I'm not that rich meseta wise, plus the 0 meseta event is around the corner and i wanted to get advantage of it.
For Phantom Rifle specifically, you will want the S4 called in JP "Calming Intent", which increases your normal attack damage by 13%. Your normals do higher damage than your PAs in cases, it's very important for Ph Rifle. But again, regardless of SSA it's more important to get the actual weapons rather than affixing, as you can always reaffix any time really. You can put on just cheap SSAs, and replace them later as well.

Well it also strongly depends on the class tho.
As Techter i already have very powerfull PP and PP regeneration so Trailblazer isnt THAT important for Techters. We are up front with the enemy anyway and refill our PP by hitting stuff. The only abilitys i need my PP for are: Deband,Shifta,Resta,Anti,Heavy Hammer (movement) and Zanverse. So going out of PP as Techter is almost not possible. So as Techter i would recommend using the Atlas Weapon until you the end game weapons of Ep6 arise.
So if i'm gonna play Etoile, which of the 3 weapons should be Trailblazer?

I apologize for the lack of my full knowledge on the NA-localized names, but for the Photon Blasts it is any of the one in the family - Assuming that Ketos is translated to Cetus, you could use anything that starts with Cetus, whether it be Cetus Proi, Cetus Imera, or Cetus Nifta, and the like, it will produce exactly the same effect.

my opinion is s3 lumnious grace 2 is enough, it also cheap in the market. Too much natural PP is not really useful. You can combine it with PP Reduction 2 for s1. And you also need precision will for s2 if you have high damage and it also cheap on the market.
TL;DR: Ophistia makes pp raise very fast
Meanwhile Trailblazer instantly raises your PP. More popular with boomers
Ophistia is a go to for men.

Would you say it's worth making a Trailblazer Gunblade so that all your classes can use a PP battery? I literally have every class at 90 and I like to play them all and we only have 1 stone so it seems like it might be a good idea for me. Seems a lot cheaper than making a ton of Ophistia weapons. What do you think?
Making a Gunslash is perfectly fine if you plan to only use it for the utility. And even then, today I still use a Trailblazer (Lightstream) Gunslash for my Luster, so it'll last you that's for sure!

This is false due to S1/S2/S3 abilities being able to give 15% damage and its higher raw attack stats compared to liberate. Although its still great.

TB main issues, 8 slot weapon cost a arm and a leg, also the stones are limited. other then that, YASSSS BISH!! YASSS!
I personally don't go for 8s unless I have a lot of money to spare for some reason, otherwise 7s is my recommended as it's easily done and very accessible

if liberate comes out, you better make one atleast (especially gunblade). Why? because it's potential is strong (increase crit, power, and decrease pp consumption, means higher dps) and it's the first weapon that have s5 slot in it (FYI, s5 is really strong especially from gunblade's SAF, which is gives you more crit rate and +1% power + lifesteal for max 30 everytime your crit damage is triggered). every liberate weapon have it's own SAF (which is related to class except successor), while novel gives you sentence triple (+30 ATK)
depends on how fast NA gonna catch up, it might be better to make a trailblazer and skip liberate and wait for Stil (2nd strongest weapon in JP)

@@espadko No problem. The trailblazers weapons will be replaced in a few weeks by episode 6 wepons, but you can still use it as a way to generate a lot of pp then because of its ability.

Plenzer won't be as easy to get as you might think, you can always invest in a Trailblazer then just category change it later.

You can get it from battling against persona over 50 times, another set of AIS UQs coming up, and other sources such as badges later on.

@@Gat720Dua PSO2 gives you devices to level up your mag, you can get it all the way to max level without even using all of the devices.
If you happen to mess up yoou can purchase a "mag level down" device from the Excube shop for 5 excubes.
Class boosts are permanent class-wide stat boosts that you get from levelling up classes.
Each basic class you get to level 75 grants a Title. Once you acquire the title you'll get a permanent stat buff.
Each class gives a different buff.

So afraid of augmenting, even though I reached close to 1k hours in JP (now I play NA) I never reached end game until now on my na account (in less than 40 hours lol..)

So wait, if I use an Ophistia weapon with Julius PB on an Etoile that has a 75% damage reduction already, I am going to get a 90% damage reduction? That's insane! That makes it almost impossible to die! LOL!
etoile's damage balancer reduce 70% not 75%. And pso2 dmg reduction is diminished stack so u will still die from heavy atk

but yeah ophistia weapon is pretty outdated and weak compared to the other 2 weapon (atlas and trailblazer).
As for etoile, u have a passive that reduce dmg by 70% and etoile's boost which gives additional 15% everytime u get hit. so even without any dmg reduction gear, etoile is already super tanky

None really, they'll all be replaced in two weeks with Episode 6 and Liberate. Plus everybody got a free Atlas Ex that will last until they get Liberate.
Not true Phantom mains can cap crit by themselves so Liberate won't be that good to them
@@bloody4558 Phantom is not the only class in the game you know? That aside Liberate is just baseline flat stronger than Ophistia, Atlas EX or Trailblazer. Numbers are simply higher.
@@linksow5331 Numbers are less important than potential and percentual damage. Liberate is only superior in base stats if you have Phantom as your class. If you fully affixed your Lightstream/Trailblazer and added it's S1 into the mix, Liberate is perfectly skippable.
Like I said Phantom mains. I'm not dissing on the weapon. Etoile mains or Etoile sub users, Hero mains or any other class combination other than anything with PH can easily, easily go for Liberate. As the weapon is generally superior in everything when the 20% crit is relevant

@@linksow5331 THe difference between Liberate and Lightstream is less than 200 S-ATK. Liberate can go up to 23% Damage bonus in it's Potential, Lightstream can go up to 20, but Lightstream has access to Strike Boost, which can grant 6% damage when using the Ideal setup Turning that 20% into 26%, you can get 17% reduced pp on S2 ability. The difference in damage is negligible unless the weapon has a good S4 ability. But since we're talking about Phantom here, only the Rod would have a real use for it. Katana's s4 is trash, Rifle's s4 is equally trash, the S5s are good but they are better used on Braver, as for the rifle side, the extra attack is ok, and it's more on the utility side.
Anyway the difference is not big enough to justify rushing to changing your weapon to it, you can wait for Darkbanisher Ayer, and eventually Lightweaver Cras, those ones will give a substiantial boost.
Like I said this is for Phantom, you will make the change to Liberate on all other classes.
Like Etoile for example. Unlike on katana which grants bonuses to Braver abilties. Dual Blades get an s5 that affects the weapon directly. Liberate DB is 100% superior to Lightstream in every way, even accounting for the Strike boost Lightstream has.

As for the Atlas Ex being the best of the three I REALLy disagree. If you play Soaring Blades Bouncer or Braver in general the Atlas EX only brings survivability, but nothing else to the table, but both classes don't really have a hard time surviving anyway. Lightstream will easily, easily increase your damage much more than anything Atlas EX. Not only that, for Assault Rifles the only S4 you will want is the S4 lifsteal, but you don't even need it because Rifle has good and lengthy I-frames in the form of Impact Slider, and other crafted PAs, or even that one sniper move no one uses.
It vastly depends on weapon type really. Some weapon types have powerful S4, some don't. Even Jet boots favors Lightstream more, and the only reason I don't go for Lightstream on it is lack of materials, which is why I'm going Atlas EX.
Just wait for global to get the really good S4 affixes (Raising Pursuit, which deals 250k damage every few seconds). I assure you Atlas EX will be better- especially for braver (S4 that increases damage by 6% but lowers crit rate by 50%- which isn't a problem for braver since you can easily reach 150% crit rate with phantom sub).
@@Stahl-Grim I'll still favor trailblazer. Remember, trailblazer has that exclusive S1 that increases your damage by at least 5% so long as you have 200 S-atk, with 260 affixed to the weapon you'll have 6% without that crit chance loss. Meanwhile you'll have the Liberate weapon that gains access to S4 AND S5 S-abilities.

You can transfer it to the Atlas as well but, not really worth imo since its kinda expensive to affix 260 atk just for an extra 1-2% damage (cuz there are other S1s that give 4% unconditional damage so you only really gain 1-2% from the trailblazer S1). Plus, you're not considering that the S4 is on top of the S1 anyway so your point is kinda invalid. But well, either way, doesn't really matter too much since both of those will be outdated pretty soon with Liberate, Stil, Cras coming in ep6.
