1 Potato
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp creole seasoning
1/3 cup white, yellow Cheddar cheese
10-12 shrimp
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp creole seasoning
2 tbsp unsalted butter
cook shrimp 1 minute per side
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp creole seasoning
1 tsp parsley
1/2 cup triple cheddar(white, mild, sharp cheddar cheese with cream cheese)
salt to taste
1 tbsp unsalted butted
4 tbsp sour cream or more if you desire
add half of the cheese sauce to the mashed potato
Cook on broil 350 degrees for minutes
