Broke my pliers on my skeletool using it for heavier duty than its meant for. Sent it to Leatherman and ha da brand new one in like 2 weeks. Customer service is top notch
Need more LLOD in my life. More videos! More guns! More overlanding! More weekenderlander! More Glock! More Mike and Ash! More Attreu! This channel is my favorite.
Just became a patron not too long ago and I can't get enough of the videos! My fiance and I are starting to camp more often and we love watching for the advice, tricks and tips for the tools, equipment, and just "in general" ideas you bring us Mike! I think Ashley having her own channel from a women's perspective would be beneficial for everyone! Just my 2 cents. Thanks for the videos man, stay rad!
YES!!! Ashley NEEDS to do her own channel!! I’d watch it in a heartbeat! It’s difficult to figure out the best things for EDC camping and clothing perspectives of outdoorsy stuff for women.
Well mike is the man! With his holster company he is very upfront when you reach out to him. He'll admit everything someone's not happy about and he'll agree and even direct you to a comapny that works for you. Mike your doing awesome in this market. Keep it up!
Just subbed to both channel and bought my very first holster and belt from you for my very first gun purchase of my life. I feel compelled to learn and absorb all the content you put out because it’s because a new burning passion. I’m so excited and have you to thank for the amazing content. Super chill dude that’s funny as hell too. To anyone else reading this, support US small business. Thank you for everything Mike. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for the future and see all of your successes.
I actually like the diversity of content on this channel. Its refreshing and I think the opinions of someone who’s well rounded can go a long way when talking about different gear, trucks, and camping.
I love my Leatherman Skeletool and I never leave home without it. I carried the same Trayvax card holder overseas since I didn't really have cash on me. It was perfect for keeping in my front pocket. I really enjoy the channel.
Mike your holster is the best EDC choice ive ever made. Unbelievably comfy and conceals so well. Looking forward to the holster vid! Stay safe my friend.
Mike, I literally am interested in every topic you make videos about. Over landing, camping, edc, gear, bags, preparedness, random anything. Make the videos you want to make and I will watch
You the OG Mike. The Guy who's got me started on my EDC/Preparedness Journey. Look forward to any channel you have. Might want to look at having a couples channel. Otherwise, stay blessed and be a blessing my dude.
Upload what you want. I don't understand why people get so upset. If you upload a video I don't care about, I scroll past it. No big deal. I started watching because I bought a Tacoma, but now I've gotten into new things because of you. Thanks for the info and entertainment!
Heck yes my wife would love her channel!!! Encourage her to do so as it would bring awareness and education to the female demographic! Thank u for your time and effort put into these videos!! Love your channel!!!
Sharpie. Twin tip at that. I work in the engineering field and in the lab most of the time, and that twin tip Sharpie is the best tool for normal work week. Fine fine tip for labeling small samples, signing documents, recording notes, or the larger fine tip for larger sample items. Shoot... it's nice to carry out with friends when we're all trying to label our takeout from a restaurant on a Styrofoam box. +1 to that item coupled with my EDC pen!
When looking to purchase my first handgun, I shot the 43x and the 45. They were both excellent. But the ability to have a light for home defense made the 45 win. However, I think as a carry, the 43x would be a nice addition to have, even with its stock magazine.
Hey bud, i have never commented, but i love the approach of showing and doing everything. Really enjoy all the things you show. If Ash wants her own channel then go for it. Thank you for everything. Besafe - cheers!

No reason, just brand loyalty, I like streamlight. I have so many streamlights, and they have been great, and a great warranty, which I have used once or twice.
Please have Ashley open a channel or team up with you more often to discuss her perspective on everything from EDC to camping. My wife is very interested in all of those topics but can’t relate to all these videos from men’s prospective lol It’s great that you talk about every topic from the truck, to camping to EDC. Keep them coming bud.
Although I enjoy the Weekenderlander video series the most, all of your videos are entertaining and informative. I've learned a lot watching your gear reviews, EDC, etc.. F*@k the critics and the haters. You do you. That's all that matters.
I put a little strip of rubber talon grip around the tail of my flashlights. Cushions the tail a bit so I can bite down on it without that metal against teeth sensation. Works really well!
Great Idea as long as she is down for it and keep doing all the same things you’ve been doing here. I love all the different things you do and hate channels that just focus on one thing. Keep doing what your doing!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Just keep doing you! I like watching your videos whether its camping, guns, gear, home improvements, or whatever. Gives me a lot of good info and new gear ideas.
Love the variety on your channel, Mike. My interests hit most of the same areas and I like that you're just being you in your vids. Keep up the good work!
Lol "More fun things to play with in your pocket" - My only gripe with the skeletool is that I wish the pocket clip could be reversed or switched to the other side. Great video. Always one of my favorite channels.
Ashley doing a channel would be awesome. My wife is the one that raises our chickens! But the camping perspective and all that would be great, my wife would love that sort of thing.
Kinda hooked on your perspective and enjoy your delivery. EDC does not roll off the tongue on Vancouver Island Canada (especially guns), but guys are guys! Enjoy the channel and variety.
An Ashley channel would be great! As far as your (main) channel, I actually really like the variety. Its always extremely high quality and I pretty much am into all the same things you seem to be so it works.
Mike I’ve had my skeletool cx for a year now and I’ve stopped carrying knives altogether (which hurts because I’m a huge knife nut). I’ve never been caught lacking with the skeletool, and there’s not a function on it that I don’t use on a regular basis. Only thing is change is make a Skeletool CX+ with replaceable wire cutters. Thanks for the recommendation!
Hey Mike , always enjoy your videos. Never commented before but been a longtime viewer. Some of the best info comes from just talking about what's on your mind without a script. Thanks for for making the videos.
Hey you should check put the bellroy card pocket wallet. I never liked the bare bones card wallets because they were fidley and don’t have room for extra stuff like a loose receipt I want to hold onto for a little bit, cash and even some coin etc. this is just a tiny little zippered pouch that is the same size as the minimalist wallets, full grain leather. Really nice products. Love it.
Screw the guys with sticks up their butts! I'm totally with you! I've got dozens of things I love to do and learn about from Astronomy to photography, guns to trucks and obviously preparedness; so this channel is right at home for me!
Love my Baton Pro. But usually just take it camping and for things that go bump in the night. Carry the little i3E EOS on my key chain so it’s always with me. Also prefer the Benchmade Triage for EDC. Will break glass and has the handy hook blade!
Did not think it was that hard to look at the notification of a new video and then read your description. From there decide to watch right-a-way, wait till later or just ignore the video. Will definitely be looking at all your channels whenever they come out. Keep on Keeping on
Another great video Mike, personally some of my most favorite subjects aside from your Weekenderlander series. Would firearms and rifle reviews be another consideration? I know you had a couple excellent custom handgun videos which I thought was excellent. You have so many connections to people in this realm and just thinking about the possibilities in the future gets me excited.
I like the variety on your channel, it makes it more interesting. There are plenty of channels dedicated solely to guns or trucks, and they get boring. Keep it up.
Your a beast dude. I am 26 I am a school teacher and I live down south of you in New Mexico. I am into all the same shit you are. Your channel reminds me of Nutnfancy. He has so many interests but some people and don't get that. KEEP BEING YOU. Trex arms stole your business model basically. You were ahead of the curve bro. If you keep doing you you'll have sucess.
Hey mate, I for one enjoy all your content and appreciate all the time and effort you put in to provide us with it. I can’t understand people who abuse you for not doing the specific content that they want. I’ve subscribed to your other channel as I enjoy lots of different things too. Stay safe and healthy during this crisis. All the best from the UK
I run a TLR 6 on my G26,..(not the best setup),..but atleast there is a light...Also,..The Olight MIT Raider is my go to Tail switch (high output) EDC flashlight...Also,..have been running the Benchmade Mini Presido and I love it...Keep up the Good Work and God Bless,..stay safe
Just my two cents but I think your spot on with your approach, I stumbled on to you because you kept popping up on a variety of things I like. I've been edc ing way before it was edc. I'm pushing 60 yrs old and im sure I'm not your main demographic. I love car camping though seldom find the time. Love prepping and found out how unprepared I was fkr our current times and learnd from it. It was very cool to see work with other guys I warch ie mike glover, jack carr. Do what makes you happy, life is short. If I ever see you weekendlandering ill treat yku and yours to some campfire cooking a little bit mkre substantial than those cheddar cheese brats you're fond of. Thanks for all your efforts - Chef Ralph
Mike, I found you because your are a Tacoma enthusiast. I found it interesting because you like to camp and you live in Colorado. I used to live in Colorado. I kept coming around because your stuff is interesting. I'm subscribing because you have diverse content. Keep on going with it. It works for me.
Maybe I'm just not getting this poster's choices. But multiple flashlights? I use a 511 pen light. If I need two hands I just stick it in my mouth. If I need a strobe or do Morse Code, I can do that due to the sensitivity of the button switch. If I need a backup because the batteries died, I got my cell phone. The sharpie? I get wanting to write on anything. But I think you get more mileage with a tactical pen with Rite in the Rain refills. And depending on the pen ( mine is a Nitecore NTP31) you have a true hardened pen which you can use as an improvised weapon and a glass breaker on the top. (Admittedly I've seen other tactical pens that have much better glass breakers included.) The gun holster looks quite bulky and uncomfortable. I can get behind his idea of using a multi-tool and pocket knife. But I think the two should be backups of each other. Personally, I go with a swiss army knife which has many of the same tools as a Leatherman. Lose one or the other, I still have access to many of the same tools. My choice is the US military's utility knife. The Swiss and German military issue variants of the US model and are a little cheaper. On a side note, Leatherman also has two variants of the MUT (Military Utility Tool). They are about twice the price of the average Leatherman, but there are civilian holsters for these variants and they look just like any other new generation multi-tool.
@@fullthrottleisthemotto oh boy lol, I use it a lot more than you might think. Sharp metal corners, pieces of plastic, fingernails, etc. For some reason I find a lot of reasons to use a file 😂
made me smurk...I'm you plus 25 years. I forgot my tools one day as a mobile cell phone installer in 1992, but had my Swiss Army knife. Instead of driving 80 miles to get my tools, I installed improvised, but not less quality. Even driving screws into floorboard metal worked. I remove and replace trim for wire runs...all of it worked. I say this not to make some claim to being good at stuff, but to encourage people to learn, as in every spare moment. It kept me from the trouble most of my friends got into and I know enough to get through just about anything and not have to pay someone else to do it. I did not slow down during the lockdown either. I designed and welded-up an all aluminum camper (big sucker too), did a bunch of electrical, plumbing, woodworking, built an AR, cobblestone window framing and a bunch more so I was not board, not sitting idle, was learning and had something to look forward to everyday. God made us to create, protect and love!
If your streamlight is like mine, a double press to turn the light on gives you a second brightness level. There were no instructions anywhere for it and my snap on guy had no idea
I have the original Vertx Gamut 1.0 from years ago. I coincidently won that off a CZcams contest. I used it all throughout college, professional career and beyond....still going strong and is my current EDC bag. Might be time for an upgrade soon though. Great video, subscribed.
You’re the man. That giveaway was badass. No one does that shit. Just discovered your channel recently via Mike Glover and you doing his prophetic podcast last year.
Dude. I'm late to the party. But love a channel with a mix of stuff. I like guns but I'm not a gun freak. I like trucks but have other interest. The camping trips are dope. I love the tech reviews and gear reviews. I appreciate this channel.
Of my EDC items, my flashlight (OLight S2R Baton II) is probably the most used, followed by my Skeletool CX; I bought both based on a video you posted a long time ago about the two and I haven't changed those items out since then. Before, I would always change up what I was carrying, but these two items have been the best set-up for me for a long time.
Keep doing what you are doing. I enjoy all your videos even though they don’t “apply” to everything I care about. You produce good content and that’s why I watch. Just purchased a Glock 43X so get those holsters going! Just purchased a belt and a couple of patches on your site. Keeping doing what you enjoy! Blessings 🙏🏻🇺🇸
this is the third time i have watched this video. I love everything you do and have done, when it comes down to it, do videos that you want to do. don't change you. make twenty new channels if that is what they want. but always make sure you are staying true to you. Keep up the great work. keep being strong my brother.
Cap hill here in Denver. I subscribed a few years ago because of gun reviews but I love the gear reviews. Great time for reconsolidation of edc and what is hip.
I like how diverse the channel is, I am also subscribe to the other channel. I think people would enjoy having Ashley and you on this channel. But that is just my take. Looking forward to the future videos. Keep up the good work and thanks for posting.
Check out the Olight Warrior Mini, it's about the same size as the S2. 1500 lumen output. Magnetic charger compatible, has all the same modes, plus it has the tail switch button that built in. Ik on you said you like the tail switch & the magnetic charge, so you get the best of both worlds.

Haha appreciate it!
Dude. I'm late to the party. But love a channel with a mix of stuff. I like guns but I'm not a gun freak. I like trucks but have other interest. The camping trips are dope. I love the tech reviews and gear reviews. I appreciate this channel.
Glad you are also a well-rounded individual!
Glad to hear I'm not the only one, haha.
wow you are BUFF. You should do a video about your quarantine workouts!
Those Oreos look great! I've been looking for a new Everyday Cookie
Awe darn! LOL! Great video and thanks for sharing another EDC video! Congratulations to the lucky winner!😁❤️
Couldn’t agree more functional and and minimal! I use my flashlight all the time!
this is the third time i have watched this video. I love everything you do and have done, when it comes down to it, do videos that you want to do. don't change you. make twenty new channels if that is what they want. but always make sure you are staying true to you. Keep up the great work. keep being strong my brother.
hate my holster. Went to sit and gun fell out and cracked a ceramic floor tile..ooyy.
Can't wait for your holster videos. I have a significant 380.
Cap hill here in Denver.
I subscribed a few years ago because of gun reviews but I love the gear reviews.
Great time for reconsolidation of edc and what is hip.
Mike - have your belt and your holster for Glock 19 - OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!
It would be great to have a channel where Ashley can do her own thing. I'd definitely watch that and this.
I like how diverse the channel is, I am also subscribe to the other channel. I think people would enjoy having Ashley and you on this channel. But that is just my take. Looking forward to the future videos. Keep up the good work and thanks for posting.
Picked up those Shield mags, yet to fire them as the ranges are closed. Pretty nice package w the 43 or 48.
Mike Mantho got 4 for my 43x - no complaints. I also swapped to the metal mag release👍
I worked in a Nestle plant where they make Oreos and I never ate them since.
Shush your mouth
Plug your ears Mike (or rather your eyes😂). Bob, why have you never eaten them since? What did you find out? I'm curious 😂
@@mynamesnotimportant6941 haha nothing, gross or anything. I've just seen what they make them out of. It's just pure chemicals.
You for real?
@Evocati that just means no meat, right?
I literally carry the same multi tool and flashlight because of your older video and I love them still waiting on your holster for my XDS lol
Glad to see you back man. Thanks for the vid, keep it up.
Hey brother...new here. Just FYI, I love a mix of all your stuff, overland, holsters, lights, gear in general...man after my own heart.
