You should check out a channel called “Grandma’s Recipes”!! It doesnt upload much, but it is a really beautiful documentary style video on some super amazing grandmas in japan. They share their life stories and their views in life whilst preparing some of their traditional food/childhood food! Its really down to earth and I reckon you and wah would love it! :) xx

Hey weylie :) if you're trying to become a more conscious shopper, minimizing the amount of times you do take out would help a lot. Those take out containers don't just disappear xD Even if you recycle some of it it's just better to not have them at all. I know you're super busy and I'm not trying to tell you what to do with your life! But meal prepping could be a great solution for you and your busy schedule ^_^

Yeah! That's something I've been struggling with lately too, because stores have to get items shipped to them too! I also am very cautious with big brands/cheap brands who obviously make their products using sweat shops :/ very hard to really know what you are paying for nowadays.. thrift stores seem to be a good compromise :)

There's also a green watermelon Chinese powder that also works wonders on canker sores! It comes in a small eye drop plastic container. The Chinese medicinal shops should have it; hope that helps for the future

Oooo canker sores are horrible! I used to get them all the time. Colgate Peroxyl Antiseptic Oral Cleanser helps a lot!!!!
