Verizon is way cheaper for me I have 4 phones, 3 tablets and 3 watches and pay 335 monthly only 1 phone is paid off all other devices are installments but I got a great deal on them and used verizon dollars on some before they did away with that program. The quote for att for the same amount of devices was almost double. Not worth me switching except I get zero service in my neighborhood with verizon so I was looking to switch but att has no perks. I get my apple music, disney plus, google play pass for my teen all on verizon/included with out plan. My parents have been with att for over 30 years but after comparing and looking at some of these videos it’s not worth the switch for us.

Tried to change the number of rings on mt cell before voicemail takes over. There's no way to do it other than to call an agent. the agent couldn't do it and had to call a special agent. this took 40 minutes on hold. It is really so stupid that at&t doesn't have a customer option to do this. Not what I would expect for $80 a month.

On the note of 5G, neither are very good by the looks of it. From a current Verizon customer thinking of switching to ATT, I don’t care too much for 5G but when my phone switches to it the service (thru Verizon) is absolutely atrocious. Like even worse than before
