Considering Ivan grew up a bluenose, plus most, if not all the huns leaving the pub knew him personally, made this 1 of the funniest things i have ever witnessed.
I am a Celtic Supporter but I must say after watching the Scottish Cup Final on Saturday and although we won 3 - 0, the Hibs Fans were absolutely magnificent, a Great Credit to their Club, brilliant, the Hibees Fans, hopefully, next Season, Lady Luck shines on you, just as the Sunshine does on Leith, well done Lads and Lasses.

Say what you want about Scott Brown - but I have been an admirer ever since he out paced Peter Lovenkrands in this match, running from the edge of his own penalty area, the full length of the pitch driving at the heart of the Rangers defence and created a goal. Great man to have in your team. The moment I am talking about is at around 1:00 in this clip here, still one of the best pieces of football I have ever seen.
I remember this well - I also remember that in the same season, the hibees came undone in the Highlands, going down 3-0 to Inverness. I was fairly young at the time, and hoped it meant that we could do the Gers in 6-0 🤣🤣
CORRECTION: 3-0 was the following season, just checked google to see if it was in line with my memory. It was only 2-0 in the highlands this time ;). Both nice results for a highlander though...however I have to admit Sproule was an absolute gem and one of my childhood favourites, despite not playing for my team
Ivan was always genuinely nice to me whenever I met him. Sad and in a way Glad for him that he's moved on. Hibernian took a chance on an amateur and changed his life completely ! Good luck Ivan, always welcome back at ER !

One of the most frustrating players we have at bristol city, he showes moments of excellent play (like in this video) but the majority of the time he is awful and dosnt affect a game. From thisvideo he looks like a striker but for us Gary Johnson has been playing him right mid. I think he will have till the summer to prove his worth otherwise i wuldnt be suprised to see him return to the SPL.
@Dunc89 He was not playing amateur football, he was playing semi-professional football for Institute FC in Northern Ireland, that is where Hibernian signed him from for £5,000.

When Sproule rocked up at County later on in his career he was still incredibly fast.
