Resistor Talk. Burnt resistors

This is an Ampeg V4 with some subtle work resistors. These are common issues with Ampegs V4s and SVTs.

I have a Fender amp and I see that one of the resistors is burned. The lines on it are cooked and there are no other identifing markers. How can I find out the replacement part that I need? Thanks

Find a schematic and determine which value it is. If you can’t find a schematic you’ll have to trace the resistor and understand its function to determine what value is needed.

If a 100ohm resistor is blown in my car amplifier. Will it affect the sound output?
