Can the tubes be replaced if this is an all-in-one type system you can't replace the tubes then why would you buy it contrary to popular belief LED lights do not last as long as advertised

No, they aren't replaceable but they do last a very long time, they're cheap to buy, they use a lot less electricity, they're a lot more durable, and the light is much higher quality than fluorescent.
