“Did you say... nevermind.” Hahaha I caught that too.
Can't even grasp how lucky that boy is to be growing up learning from you.
Nice to see a kid in a shop. Having fun and learning.
The child makes a great point show bobby Duke this video I bet we can make a collaboration happen
I was half expecting your son to drop a “smash that like button” or a “like, share and subscribe, also don’t forget to hit the notification bell”. I really enjoyed watching you having your son in the shop. I also appreciate how magnanimous you were about a competitive product.
Love your son's facial expressions! ... and can't blame his honesty!
You have a pretty amazing attitude! I’m gonna stick with my pencil making kit. 😁
Thanks and glad to hear it!
pro trick : watch movies on Flixzone. Me and my gf have been using them for watching all kinds of movies lately.
You get a thumbs up just because you actually got an organic shocked face thumbnail
I appreciate you’re recognition of the rarity of the organic shocked face thumbnail!
Love the way you included your son in your video AND business. It will go a long way in His life.
I love to see kids in the workshop with their Dads. Great video.
Everything about this video is beautiful. Love it
what a cool kid!!! love watching him learn in the shop with you❤️
This is truly adorable!
Made me smile and giggle. Great video 👍🏻
I love seeing your son do working with you. Especially the suggestions.
“This one is more famous because look...” *points at gold latches*
LOL 😂
I know! It really stuck me as funny because we all think that way a bit subconsciously but only kids would say it
Kudos for bringing your boy into the shop and this video, well done. I’ve always admired BCTW for their innovations and well executed designs. That being said I like your design for this application better and I’ll have lots of $$$$ leftover for supplies.
I will challenge you to come up with a chopstick jig that blows them out of the water though! Cheers!
I laughed so much your son talks exactly like my nephew. Great to see kids being included in shop activities. So far I made a mini mallet for my4 yr old daughter to bang random things in my shop. Keep up the good work
great video and having time in the shop with your son
Holly Crappolly $699USD for bridge city. Nice team work guys
Gosh you and your son are so CUTE
Your kid is ADORABLE!!!!!!
It is the best video ever man. I can't stop laughing, he is so cute and funny. Kids are so honest. Love your work and I like your kit👌. Thanks for sharing.
Really fun seeing the excitement of the little guy in the shop!
However, as a new viewer, I wasn’t quite sure the differences between the two kits, and what some of the steps were doing. Also would like to have seen a couple static shots of the newly completed pencil.
Looking forward to learning more about your work, thanks for bringing us along!
What a great Dad! (And what great potential in that 2nd host!!)
Glad you brought a local critic in the shop. Awesome video
Thanks!
What a cool kid! Great video
Great video, your son makes the video great!
I wish I had someone growing up that would have inspired and ignited my creativity a lot sooner. Great job
That’s awesome!!
Thanks James!
Great video. I'd watch junior in the shop any day 🤠
The honesty of a kid!
Very cool Dad and Son time. I think a pencil making kit might be in my sons future.
I have watched your videos for some time now. I have also watched bridge city tool works for some time. But I’ve never heard of this Bobby Duke fellow. Oh well...Down the CZcams rabbit hole I go...wish me luck fellas.
It is always our own kin that does us the dirtiest! Great video!
Didnt think a pencil video would make me smile.
This is wonderful! Thank you :-)
This was a fun one Andy! I love me some Bridge “shitty” tool works (lol) but I think you’ve got them beat with this one!
Thanks, glad you enjoyed the video, it was a fun one to edit, that’s for sure
"Whaaat" :D. love the reaction.
Awesome , your kid. Is. The best. Co host ever !!
Excelente proyecto y excelente compañía , muchas gracias por compartir sus conocimientos y experiencias , un saludo cordial y por supuesto un gran like desde Narón , Galicia (España)
I have to say I'm disappointed, I was waiting all video for him to drop a "smash that like button"
Or “like that smash button” since he is a Bobby Duke fan!
I think your dad is a genius!
The best video ever! Laughing over here in KC...
Great vid your son has a great personality
Soooo much better than mine!
Well, your young lad certainly has a sharp mind, regardless of choices, keep nurturing that brain!
Oh this is cool!
i cant anymore. half way in, im crying.
Awesome video, Andrew! 😃
But your kid just lost a fantastic opportunity to tell you "well, you're already my dad... Do I need to watch your videos too?" 😂
Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Love that kid . !
Best video ever.
What sort of glue do you find works best on the B City kit?
Your son is so cute. Having him in the shop with you is wonderful.
Now the decision is new truck or a Bridge City Too Works pencil sharpening kit?
Haha, yeah it’s not cheap
That last time, "...or Bridge $4|++% Toolworks " and the lisp creates an awkward new name. Funny as #³44, but yeah...
Thanks for having your awesome, enthusiastic son with you.
You bet!
Your kid is cool!
Wish I knew there was another kit. My Bridge City Precision Pencil is on the way. It’ll be a video
Looking forward to seeing it!
@@AndrewKleinWW and I just ordered pencil lead from you. I can’t find it unless I’m ordering in gross quantities. Just need ferrules and erasers now.
i am DEAD!! this is funny af!
The Bridge City one is pricey. I did get the chopstick maker for my high school classroom and it is a hit with my students
Any updates on the domino competitor prototype
I like your assistant
You are too cool. I’ve only seen you and a few others use yours and yours seems more elegant. More of a ritual. More zen. Like making tea vs drinking coffee. I prefer tea.
nice.
Sei un grande. Il bambino è simpaticissimo
There are no losers only winners here! ☺️
yes #bobbyduke needs to see this
Lincoln would be very thrilled!
@@AndrewKleinWW My kids love Bobby Duke too. Sometimes he struggles to keep the humor family friendly. 😝
You won't have much competition. Bridge City probably made 10 kits and will be back ordered for years.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ... Your boy is cute.
You're son is a cute dood.
subbed.
Ahh, Those were 4 great comments, welcome!
@@AndrewKleinWW thx bud! happy to be here, i love all your stuff, ive just recently got into woodworking and going to build a shop in my garage. been watching millions of roubo tutorials and now i really want to get your twin vise thing for my build!!!
Awesome, well I’ll have them back in stock soon
The regular price of their kit is $769 plus shipping and possibly taxes? That’s even worse than woodpeckers tools :-p lol!
How many pencils would I have to sell to break even...(thinking)
And your full kit is how much?
I appreciate more stuff crafted at you one-man shop.
To be fair, it can do a few more tricks and (for owning a few of their tools) the build quality is insane. This is basically the price you have to pay for low number aluminium production. Go check their tenoning saw. It is awesome!
@@AlainPilon, I agree that the tools look pretty. Some of them are great and i own a couple of their tools.
BUT STILL, it is too expensive for what it does. I'd like to make nice pencils with hardwoods, exotic woods, resing and other materials, and i know they would look great, but who would buy them? and for how much for?
A regular pencil costs about $0.45, so this pencils would have to be worth like 50-65 times more than that AND I'd have to make a lot of them to make it worth $799 plus taxes and shipping.
Bottom line, yes, they are pretty and I'm sure it works great, but unless I have $800 plus Extra just laying around to buy a toy... i wouldn't get it :-P I would prefer to invest on helping Andy who makes pretty cools stuff and is a one-man show small business. Just sayin' ;-P
@@garcj108 These tools are for gentlemen woodworkers. Basically people who are retired and want to entertain themselves. It is a nice tool to have the grand kids play with. But yes, it does not make financial sense. That being said, if you get one of these fancy drawing lead, you can sell these for 5$+ a pop. But still not enough to worth it.
Andrew,💯💯💯👍🤣🤣🤣👏👏👏👏❤️
7.15 LOL
I bet your son is going to invent some even cooler stuff than you one day!? Bravo on another good video!
your son probably doesn't want to go to the desert anyway
grins!
😅☕️👍
Has anyone ever told you you look like Dax Shepard?
You're lucky. I don't think Marc Spagnuolo ranks in Mateo's top 10 favorite CZcamsrs
I’m certainly a lucky man, although I’m not sure I believe I’m his second favorite CZcams, based on consumption habits, haha
@@AndrewKleinWW 😁
B
You watch a lot of CZcams?
Yeah😂
