  • Is this the year you'll upgrade your trusty Husky? With 95% of new parts across both the two-stroke and four-stroke range, the 2024 enduro models are radically new in both the engine and chassis departments.
    Yep, including all-new suspension!
Here are our first thoughts on the 2024 range after one massive day on the trails testing all 7 models in Norway for the international media launch.
Stay tuned in the coming months to find out which bike we'll run as a long-term test bike.

What should be the most suitable gear selection for Husqvarna TE250 2024?

Good morning ! I figured you’d be one of the best people to ask or at least be able to point me in the right direction to ask.
I’m looking to purchase my first enduro and I’m looking at the 2024 ktm 500 vs the Husqvarna 501.
I know they are both sister company’s but I wasn’t sure if there was a clear one better then the other? Was hoping you might have some insight or maybe lead me to someone who might.
Thank you for your time! Stay safe out there

Thanks, I think I'll be wanting the previous 150 2 stroke tbh!

I can't even ride yet tbh. Well iv'e been on a manual 4t commuter in a carpark before. The reason why I prefer the sound of the previous(for the 150) is that the previous gen came stock with softer suspension(than this one I guess), and iv'e heard the TPI can be more traction-ey

@@vinceking7878I’ve a 2020 husqvarna TE150 tpi. I actually prefer the deep sound of the 4 strokes 😁. Love my 150 though. It’s not an easy bike to ride well as it needs to be up in the high revs really to make power. You end up changing gear and clutching lot. Makes it fun though but to get the best from it or go up hills like the bigger bikes you need to be good and as a newb, I’m not good lol. I think an FE250 would’ve been better for me to start with as they’re less likely to break traction. 2 stroke TPI bikes had more “4 stoke esque” throttle response. For the 2024 TBi bikes they made them a bit closer to the old carb models. In otherwords a more aggressive throttle curve. No doubt 4 strokes are best for beginners to get confidence I think.
